Great home and location. Accommodations as shown. Kitchen was really well stocked. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great for our group of 9 plus pups! Would stay here again!!

This was a very beautiful quiet home. The kitchen was well stocked. The only complaints were we had only 3 bath towels for 5 people. We used the towels for the hot tub to take care of that problem. Rental office sent over more later that morning. Also the hot tub is just that. A “Hot Tub”. No way to turn on the jets. Very disappointing. Other than that the house is in a great location.

The house was nice and clean. There were plenty of useful amenities like dishes, towels, and even bikes to use. It was in a pleasant neighborhood, but they did not allow street parking and the driveway was a bit small, although the garage was available for use. The air conditioning seemed to struggle with the summer heat in the upstairs rooms, it was a little warmer than we would have liked during the afternoon and evening. The shower had a low hanging divider and was a little difficult to get in and out of for taller folks.

My son, daughter-in-law, 2 grandchildren and a friend stayed in this lovely home for 4 days. It could not have been lovelier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very dog and kid friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub after our half marathon in Bend too! It was very well-appointed and we could not have asked for a better place for our family vacation. Thank you for your hospitality.

8 High School and College friends gathered for a tool many to count years ski reunion. This home was in a superb location for Mt Bachelor access and dining out in Bend. The hot tub was wonderful for after ski recovery. The whole group can't wait for our next trip to stay again hope we get a chance to stay again.

Great location for a home base for a Mt Bachelor ski trip! Not far from the mountain or downtown Bend. Our kids loved the hot tub as well and board games provided by the host. However, the house could use some TLC. Every closet door would fall off the hinge when opening. The upstairs bedroom to the left of the stairs lower hinge has no screws adhering it to the frame and it makes an awful noise when closing. Hot tub towels were stored in an upstairs closet which we didn't realize till the end of the trip. The house is well equipped with pots and pans but they were stored in the pantry necessitating a weeks long amount of groceries being stored across all the counter tops. The dining room table chairs are on the verge of breaking (loose seats, etc). In addition, there was a dirty pair of ladies underwear under the master bedroom bed when we arrived and some dog hair on the comforter and sheets. We've stayed with Alpenglow multiple times and this rental fell below their usual high marks.

We loved our stay! We usually like to stay near town, because this is close to the slopes!

The hot tub wasn't working. It was fixed the night before we left so we never got to use it. That was a bummer. Garage is a one car only. It was nice but curfew is at 10 and we were here for a wedding so that was quite hard.

The house was perfect for our golf trip to Bend, close in to downtown and it's restaurants. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay, esspecially the hot tub after a day of golf!

Beautiful home filled with everything you could possibly need. Nice and clean and the wine and coffee were a nice gift! Definitely want to stay there again.

The property was very clean and well kept. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for cooking. We were able to have a family dinner without going out. The back yard was very quiet and serene. The hot tub was perfect! We very much appreciated the welcoming gift! Being able to park in the garage was a lifesaver. Not big enough for the trucks but great for the SUV. The location was great for going downtown and the recreational activities that we wanted to do.

Everything was wonderful— we felt that the house was clean and well taken care of. The back yard was a hit! Almost everyone in the group verbalized appreciation for the house and everything it had to offer.

Really enjoyed our stay. Only two minor things: the upstairs wasn’t as cool as the main floor (normal for a 2 story) ceiling fans helped. And the keypad for entry and exit wasn’t as convenient as it would seem, would have been nice to have an actual key

We had a nice stay at this home, but experienced a few glitches during our time there. Two days before our stay we had not yet received the access code for the home; per the website we'd expected it five days before our stay so I called and it was sent over - twice. Once there, we discovered that the stovetop did not work. It sounds like that issue was known about before we arrived but was not communicated to us. There were plug-in burners available but we weren't aware of them until we'd called the rental agency to report the stove; it caused some issues with our meal plans as one of the main reasons we had rented a house was to be able to cook meals and not have to go out to eat. The stove was replaced on the second day of our four-day stay, which we appreciated. We had a hard time figuring out how the TV worked; we couldn't find an instruction manual anywhere in the house and that was a little frustrating. Most of the other places we've been have provided instructions / a guide to the TV and any gaming consoles. The other issues were minor but notable -- the main couch seat tilts towards the front of the couch, so you feel like you're sliding off. The lighting in the living room is fine for TV watching, but doesn't work well for reading (and all of us are readers). The sheets on the downstairs master bedroom kept coming off the mattress, and the comforter was slippery and kept sliding off. Better bedding on that bed would have made the nights much more comfortable. We found the backyard comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed (with the exception of the the non-working stovetop) and the neighborhood quiet and pleasant. We appreciated being able to use the garage, given the prohibition against on-street parking in the neighborhood, as we had multiple vehicles.

We loved the home and location!

We were in town to see family that lives across the street in Tethrow…. There are walking paths, easy access to Bend, and just a few minutes to Deschutes National Park and the mountain. The house itself is very clean and well stocked with whatever you need in the kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a group of 6, Location was great! Had everything we needed, kitchenware, towels. Home is decently clean. Sliding door was a bit confusing but figured it was a push lock kind. Plenty of space for family getaway. No issues with access, neighbors were friendly, 10 pm quiet time which was fine, we just stayed indoors in the evenings. Easily fits 4 cars for parking, garage and driveway. Would stay again.
