Stayed Oct 16, 2025I didn't receive our host information and number prior to check in, so had to deal with that first off. After that, the place was great. It had enough beds, the kitchen was stocked and it was clean. The only thing I would recommend to the host is change out the lighting over the table as it's very poor to play games with (especially for us old timers :) ).

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Communication and check in were good. The property itself is great for a family. Three bedrooms upstairs (main floor) all a decent size. Very well equipped kitchen, lovely open plan living room/dining room. It’s across the road from the sound with great views from the living room and deck. Very comfortable for the 7 of us plus toddler and one dog. The beach is easy access. By aware that groceries are a 20 to 30 minute drive and same for eating out options. Not a problem for us.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025We booked this for our wedding party from out of town and it was perfect for the weekend for the 10 of us. Great open kitchen and living room for large gatherings, a wonderful backyard and hot tub, and access to the sound for a quick dip. All our friends had a great stay.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025This nicely maintained house suited our family (7 adults, 3 kids) very well. We enjoyed every amenity- the hot tub, balcony, easy beach access, and well equipped kitchen. It’s a great place to get away from it all!

Stayed Dec 21, 2024We enjoyed our stay over Christmas so much! There was something for everyone with the hot tub, beach, yard for dogs, and kid corner under the stairs. It felt secluded yet also close enough to drive to Woodinville and other attractions.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We stayed at the house over Thanksgiving and it was a perfect gathering spot. The house is roomy and the kitchen is well stocked. The setting was lovely with a view from the living/kitchen area and a very short walk to the water. There is a small park with swings that our 3 grandhildren thorougly enjoyed. The house was clean and comfortable and we could not have been happier with our few days.

Stayed Jul 2, 2024This house was the perfect stay for my entire family! Traveling with kids and dogs, we couldn’t have asked for a better place! We stayed for the Fourth of July and it was amazing to see the fireworks with a beautiful view while still being quiet inside for our kids to sleep. They were very responsive with any questions I had. It’s a very relaxing area to stay and enjoy some quality time with family. Quiet neighborhood and very easy access to the waterfront! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 11, 2024This property has everything a group of disc golfers needed for a tournament at Kayak Point. It was just 12 minutes away from the course. It has a capacious hot tub, and 5 bedrooms. We grilled all 3 nights on a modern gas grill and ate on Good quality plates. Then we could watch the sun go down from the water-facing balcony. Each neighbor walking by said hello and warmly welcomed us to the neighborhood.

Stayed May 17, 2024The house was very comfortable and clean, with a great view of the water from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked and lacked nothing. The gazebo-covered hot-tub was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day.
