The house was in very good condition. It was great for a medium sized group. Lots of activities inside and out. Fire pit area was also very nice.

The home has a nice location off route 4, is clean and has lots of fun amenities. The owner responded quickly to messages.

Stayed for Thanksgiving week. Gabriel was extremely communicative and accommodating. Home was clean and well stocked for anything we needed. The game room, pool and outdoor pergola was wonderful for entertaining people while the dinner was prepared. Would stay here again.

The property is very nice, nice yard and quiet neighborhood close to everything. Tvs in every room and two in the yard. Game room was fun air hockey ping pong ps4 and vintage games. The only negatives is the cookware has seen better days pots and pans need to be replaced as well as cutting boards. Unappealing to cook with. House is roomy and comfortable would rent again.

Check in was easy and there was a full kitchen. Very spacious. Dinning table we nice a large for our family to have meals at.

Check in was easy with instructions provided on the day. WiFi password was posted for easy access. We had a wonderful family reunion - game room and pool were great for everyone.

We had a PG baseball game and stayed here. It was very clean and the boys had a great time. Highly recommend staying here if you’re playing here in this area. Recommend to all baseball families Very convenient to the fields and places in the area.

This is a comfy home in a laid back older neighborhood. House is prob from the 90s but has been remodeled. Bathrooms and kitchen have been upgraded . It definitely has that lived in vibe- and the pool is clean but a little interesting . This place accepts pets which is amazing and the backyard is huge and fenced. Lots of birds to be seen in the yard and around the neighborhood. It’s quiet, safe and convenient to Sanford or Lake Mary. Neighborhood is ok- some houses have been remodeled- some need some love. Game room would be good if you have younger kids - it’s a garage which has been converted with a separate ac. Host is easy to communicate with- responds quickly and seems friendly. This is a good rental if you want something easygoing for a long weekend.

We stayed five days, 5 adult children, one spouse, 4 boys 11, 7, 6, 5 and a 10 month old baby. The pool is fantastic, had toys, swim stuff and the game room thrilled our grandsons. Super convenient to grocery stores, only 35 min drive from Orlando airport and close to many other beautiful spots in the area. The host always responded promptly to any questions which was super helpful.

My brother in law was graduating from UCF so we looking in the surrounding areas for houses and found this gem! It was the perfect location - out of the traffic and craziness. Such a great house and hosts!

It was a great house that had what we needed for our stay. The games and pool helded keep everyone entertained. Local shopping was within minutes of the house so we didn't have to drive far. Great place!

The house is spacious. Couch very comfortable.The best part is this house accepts 3 dogs with no size limit. I never travel without my dogs. The only thing I would recommend is the fence needs repaired. My dogs oushed gate open and got out. Thank goodness I was outside when it happened. I had to bungie the gate closed.

Property was clean, beautiful, spacious and safe. We enjoyed our time and the opportunity.

We had a decent size group coming in to Florida for a football tournament and this place was perfect for what we needed it for!

We had a group of 4 guys in Orlando for a weekend golf event. House was conveniently located in Sanford, near the interstate and all golf courses we played. Many restaurants nearby. Property was clean and spacious, with a great backyard area, complete with pool and outdoor TVs. Highly recommended

Listing indicated the house slept 18 but in reality it was 12 at the most. We bought blowup beds. Horrible communication about access to the house, how to turn in outdoor lights, kitchen appliances, I would not use Vrbo again!

The house was great, the host was great. I would recommend especially in the warm months
