Bay view was nice

Great location and very cute house with fantastic views. Just wish it was stocked slightly better. One beach chair, one seater kayak. No cooking spray or oil. Only salt and pepper. Deck of cards or other family games? With just a few more items to make this house comfortable for a family, this place would be awesome. For the price, it is a reasonable idea. Oh and the TV didn’t work in the master bedroom.

Nice neighborhood location close to Anna Maria Pier trolley pickup. (Pier is gone after the hurricane). We were able to check in an hour early which was helpful. Very spacious.

When we arrived the refrigerator smelled horribly of rotten fish. Whoever “cleaned”, attempted to disguise the smell with air fresheners for a vehicle. Someone was aware there was a horrible stench in there. We contacted the owner, who came over right away. She cleaned the fridge with lots of chemicals and bleach according to her. We came back later and the stench was still there. She

Beach view wasn’t as pretty on this side but the night time with the breeze was incredible and it was still nice getting up to the water every morning. Great hosts!

Stayed 4 nights and overall it was fantastic! Roomy, a great patio area and the backyard is literally the beach. Private parking for 4 cars was a great benefit. And for us dog lovers, being able our precious pooch was a huge plus! Highly recommend for your next beach trip…you won’t be disappointed.

It is hard to find nice rentals that accept more than one dog. This house was wonderful! The location is fabulous and the house was fantastic. The beach was picture perfect. I highly recommend this house to anyone interested.

We loved this beachfront property, it was perfect for our family. The layout was nice, we had space for privacy and togetherness. The views were spectacular from the porch we got to see the sunrise and sunsets. The house is located in an upscale neighborhood within walking distance to Motte Marina. The kitchen had everything you might need to cook, also provided were linens and towels, as well as beach chairs. We hope to return soon.

Clean and well maintained property

We wanted a relaxing vacation in a beautiful home on a private beach. It was just right for us.

The entire place was old and tired, and there was mold in the shower curtain. We totally overpaid for what we got. We were getting random food deliveries and reached out to the rental owner, who never responded! We will not be coming back. Enough said!

The best place

We enjoyed our time at Laura’s place. If you’re questioning the extra cost to be right on the beach, just do it. Especially if you have littles. The access to the beach was perfect, so quiet and peaceful. The place is spacious with all the things you need. I appreciated the baby gate and all the wonderful beach toys downstairs. Laura was also easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Also the downstairs shower was great to minimize sand in the house. My only comments would be: 1. Bring shampoo and conditioner if you’re traveling from afar. There’s only bar soap 2. House is definitely older so just Set your expectations. Regardless beds were comfortable and there were plenty blankets. 3. Bug spray would have been a nice plus, we got eaten alive in the deck after a nice Florida rain. 4. Lots of food options, just do door dash if you don’t want to leave the house. Poppos Tacos is the best! Pizza social was yummy too. 5. Bring socks unless you want to feel sand on your feet for days lol

The property has seen better days. Like the Title explains, we made the best of it. All the basics were acceptable, the kitchen appliances worked, ac barely kept up, alot of upgrades are needed,very antiquated.

This beach house was perfect for our family. Just steps to the beach and a very short walk to Pine Avenue and the Pier. We will definitely book again.

My family and I had a great time staying at this property. The photos were accurate, the house was clean and met expectations. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good area. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
