Great location and communication was great with the management company. Fit 17 of us comfortably!

This house worked well for our long weekend with family. The beach was beautiful. The stairs are pretty steep if you have elderly parents with you.

Beautiful property. I made a mistake and thought I rented it entire property. I didn’t realize it was a duplex. Everything worked out great despite the error.

We were disappointed that although the listing indicated sleeps 20, there was no room for 20 people to socialize, eat together, sit outside together. It did sleep 20 comfortably, but no room to be together otherwise. The agency was very kind and quick to respond to messages.

Overall we had a great trip. The house was in a great location. For enough away from the condos and traffic to be very quiet but close enough to get to everything we needed easily. The house had plenty of space for all of our family which was a lot. The only negatives were the outside and especially around the pool area. It was obvious that one side of the duplex had gotten some upgrades and one side had not. There were weeds growing on the pool deck and the whole area needed some repairs and cleaning.

We booked this house for a week. The whole house needs DEEP cleaned and updated. Lots and lots of mold. Contacted the supervisor. He came by once then never heard from him again even after trying to reach out again. The smell of the nasty bowl of leaking water under the kitchen sink is atrocious. Blood on walls. I can go on and on. The pool lights don’t work and had electricity running to them and shocked if you got close to it.

We really enjoyed this house!!! It was a clean house with amazing views and access to the beach.

The location was perfect. The house needs work. When you walk in the door, you are hit with that musty mildew odor. New floors and washer/ dryer. Everything else needs a deep clean and upgrade. Pool area cracked, weeds grown up with sticker bushes and water hose to wash the sand off your feet did not work. Needed more towels. For our group that was older it was too many stairs. No board walk to the beach but it was still pretty close and beautiful!

Multiple bathrooms had mold and smelt of urine. The linens were clean. The mattresses were not very comfortable. The AC was great. The views were amazing. The pool area was disappointing. It is need of some upgrades to the decking and the landscaping needed some TLC. Would definitely stay here again!

We all loved the fact that each bedroom had a bathroom. I would provide a couple of suggestions small single serve Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge on 3rd floor and 2nd floor master suites it would make a great little touch. And a little clean up around the pool area but other than those suggestions the place and location was great!

They sent someone out and took out the pool light and said it would be fine to swim. The rental needs to be updated. The master on the second floor commode kept stopping up snd overflowed several the same bathroom there was a water leak.they sent out a plumber that said it was fixed. A little later we were eating dinner and all the sudden the ceiling started pouring water that got on our food and us. This was right below the leak in the bathroom.We left a day early. We have been vacationing every year in the gulf shores, Destin area for over 30 years. By far the worst rental we ever stayed in. We are so disappointed. The room my husband and I stayed in the showerhead was about to come out of the wall.

The house needs some TLC in various areas, but nothing that would deter me from renting again. The only challenge was the AC. Renters are not allowed to adjust it to lower than 72 degrees or it will damage the chiller. If this occurs, costs may be passed on to the renter. The AC is temperamental....sometimes cold/sometimes hot on second floor, freezing on first floor, luke warm on third floor. However, the rental company always responded in a timely and professional manner. This was our overall experience.
