The living area has a flat screen TV and DVD player along with a split system for heating and cooling. A selection of family friendly games and DVDs are supplied. The lovely sunny lounge, with lots of windows, looks out on to the good sized, fully fenced back lawn. The undercover patio area has seating for 6 and a gas BBQ.

The newly renovated kitchen has electric cooking facilities, a microwave and dishwasher. Tea and coffee are provided. A second bathroom is combined with the laundrywhich has a washer and dryer, iron & ironing board. There is a hip bath below the shower perfect for bathing small children.

The master bedroom is equipped with split system heating and cooling and an ensuite comprising of toilet and shower.

Additional bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

    Home is very well appointed , had to take my elderly parents along and has lovely porch and flat block , no stairs . Small home but very comfortable and has everything you could need . Had just has some Reno’s done and a lovely new functional kitchen . Have booked twice now and will be booking in the future .

    This property is close to the Main Street, Eateries and Beach. A cozy house with plenty of parking and comfortable beds. The 2 recently renovated bathroom and Ensuite are great, but the raised shower alcove in the Main Bathroom wouldn't be suitable for anyone with balance issues. Overall a lovely comfortable home to spend your holidays in.

    Absolutely loved our stay! The house and yard really suited our little family. Definitely longer than a 5 minute walk to the beach though - especially with kids.

    The house ticked all boxes for a family home. Great kitchen and clean house. Close walk to shops and beach, garage for the car. Good value for money.

    We had a great 2nd holiday in this home. It’s in a great location close to the shops and the beach. It has everything you need, even some games for the kids. It’s the perfect house to explore Phillip Island!

    We always stay here when in Philip Island as only a short walk to shops but a very quiet location. The house comfortable and kitchen and bathroom spotless
