The Space:

Step inside and discover a spacious, welcoming kitchen designed for cooking and gathering. Stainless steel appliances, tiled countertops, and a dual drip and single-cup coffee maker make mornings effortless. Counter seating for four invites casual conversations while preparing meals, and the adjacent breakfast nook offers cozy seating for four, surrounded by windows that let in plenty of natural light. For larger meals, the dining table seats eight, making this home perfect for memorable family dinners or game nights.



Upstairs, sink into the plush sectional, loveseat, or armchair while enjoying a movie on the 85-inch smart TV in the loft. For entertainment, arcade games, a game table, and board games provide endless opportunities for friendly competition and bonding. Meanwhile, the main living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a large sectional, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, and bean bags for extra seating. Doors lead directly to the spacious deck, where a daybed swing awaits – perfect for unwinding with a good book or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck or gathering with loved ones inside, Matterhorn Peak Lodge offers everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed, a smart TV, a gas fireplace, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a full-size bed, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 is a queen size bed and balcony access.



Bedroom #4 includes a full-size bed, a smart TV, and balcony access.



Bedroom #5 includes a California king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, gas fireplace, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.

• Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, odors, or damage beyond normal use.

• Driveway and garage parking available for 3 vehicles.

• You must be 25 or older to reserve this property.

• This home is equipped with five (5) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front entrance towards the North Bay,

o (2) is also located at the front door and actively monitoring the front porch,

o (3) located on the corner of the front patio above the swing and actively monitoring the side of the house,

o (4) located on the side yard and actively monitoring the patio and sliding glass door,

o (5) located over the driveway and actively monitoring the driveway and street.

• The central AC is only on the bottom floor. The top floor has portable fans.

• This home is pet friendly. Animals are not allowed on furniture and should not be left unattended. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $50 per pet, per day, that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Portable crib available. Washer and dryer in home. Stairs required.

• EV charger with a complimentary charge for 1 vehicle, $50 fee for additional vehicles. Contact Guest Services for the lockbox code and key.
