My family of 4 was very happy staying here. My kids loved having their own beds to sleep in which is a rare find. The location was perfect for quick walks to the beach and morning runs to grab coffee and cinnamon rolls. The condo was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for the weeks stay. I highly recommend staying here. My only suggestion is if you're not good with stairs, this may not be the location for you. The front door is on the second floor of a steep staircase and the master bedroom is an additional flight of stars up. It was fine for my family, but I know some people might have issues with this. This is for all the 2 bedroom/loft units in this complex, not just this particular unit.

This condo was in great shape! New kitchen with all the cooking equipment, silverware, etc. New carpet, new washer dryer combo. CLEAN!! Loved the layout. Lanai had great view. Beach chairs and towels were provided along with other beach gear. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Maui.
This was a very special place to stay! Clean, great kitchen with all utensils, cookware and dinnerware you might need. Wifi was very good and TV is amazingly sharp! Lovely, large pool is a short walk away. The location is an easy 5 minute walk to the ocean where you can head either S to long beaches or N to town beaches. You can find anything you need in Kihei! Communication w Vacasa was easy and timely. Mahalo
We loved the short walk to the beach and the pools! Lots of beach toys, snorkeling stuff and coolers to borrow. Easy parking right by the condo door and plenty of household needs.
The spacious and roomy place was well equipped and had a wonderful view.
The house is spacious and has great beach gear.
The AC in 2nd bedroom did not work for the first 3 nights of our stay when daytime temps hit 30C and didn't work the last night. A/c tech did a short term fix but unit needed to be replaced. The Vacasa Property Mgr Operations Mgr promised us an agreed credit to our credit card which I have in writing and it has still not shown up after we left the unit 2 weeks ago. There were also about 20 white ants/day in the kitchen area that we killed a day. The Maintenance rep was notified 2nd day of these and Operations Manager was notified on the 3rd day. We kept the place very clean since if you left a dish out the ants would come out. The ants weren't that bad since very tiny.
The location was great and the place clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was a nice size with a large island that makes prepping meal easy. I would have give it a 5 star if not for the fact that the air conditioner in the loft bedroom did not work. It was blowing warm air the whole week during our stay. I notified the management office the second day and they sent the maintenance person over. He or she left a note that said the AC specialist was called. However, the AC specialist never show up and we were not able to sleep in the loft bedroom because it was too hot. My husband and I had to sleep in the sofa bed in the living room. It was a lot of money to spend to be sleeping in a sofa bed for 1 week.

Enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for six people. Location to Kam beaches was nice as well as local eateries. They had beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, snorkels, beach towels and mats. Parking was right in front. Good cooking tools and dishes and the outside grills were a nice feature. Bigger pool was great and quiet, smaller pool 3ft all around so great for small children. Could use some updating in carpet and bath towels as well as beach towels. Overall a good place to stay.
