Bella Rose Residence is located in the newly established neighborhood Magnolia Plantation. Neighborhood amenities include an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a children's play area.
The Bella Rose Residence is located close to the entrance of the neighborhood and has garage parking for 1 guest car and driveway parking for an additional 4 guest cars. The front porch of the Bella Rose Residence welcomes you with a small seating area and keyless entry. Once inside there is an open floor planwith a formal dining room with a bar, a large gourmet kitchen with designer features and new appliances, a living room with electric fireplace and TV with surround sound, and a more formal sitting area with the whole space being connected to built-in Bluetooth speakers. Off the main living space, there is a queen bedroom with a full bathroom.
Up the stairs, there are three additional bedrooms including the master suite. The master suite features a king bed beneath a tray ceiling and an en-suite bathroom with two vanities and a garden tub. The two additional bedrooms upstairs have a queen bed and a full bed. There is another full bathroom located on the second floor. Two additional twin beds can be provided upon request.

The backyard has a patio with outdoor seating for six, a 5 burner grill, and a bar. The backyard is fenced for your privacy.

The property is located less than 15 miles from Augusta National (about a 30-minute drive) and close to restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast items and bottled water will be provided at the start of your stay. For any problems we hope you do not experience when staying at Bella Rose, please consult the house manual.
