Stayed Jan 2, 2026First, we are hosts ourselves, so maybe we look at rentals a little bit differently. In our opinion the location is a bit sketchy, the house itself is an older home that has been renovated and in very good shape. We were a family of 9 getting together for a birthday and Christmas weekend. We decided to cook dinner at home and when we went to set the table there were only 4 forks yet the house sleeps 12. I messaged the owner about that and eventually after a few hours was asked to send a picture which I did. We never heard back about it. Just automated responses asking how our stay was going and to reach out if we had any problems. I again mentioned the forks but never heard back about it. Also there were no kitchen towels so we had to use the only hand towel in one of the bathrooms. The problem is that the rental is run by a company rather than an owner so all communication is automated responses. If you don’t care about actually communicating with a human, the neighborhood, how many forks are available and having to eat in shifts, and the fact that there are only a few available towels then this is the place for you.
