The place was so clean and has everything you need! It is also close to all the beaches and restaurants! Communication was great! I brought my own fan but was amazed there were two there for use! This place is definitely a great stay and will be back to stay again!

The owner went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Parking was a struggle at times but everything was great. We will be back.

Hosts were very helpful. Location was excellent for getting around the area, and the accommodations were fabulous.

This was what we needed while visiting family. Very nice bathroom and access to laundry facilities. We didn’t need full kitchen so it worked well for us. Microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot (only bathroom sinks for washing out cups, etc.) There are plates, bowls, flatware, glasses, cups, etc available. Our old dog was very comfortable. King size bed could use a new mattress but then we like a very firm mattress. We would book there again.

Quaint location, amazing host, and all the amenities you could need if you forgot something at home.I highly recommend this quiet little getaway, and I’m sure my family and I will stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful ending to 2025!

The host answers quickly. The property is clean and quiet. The location is good. I didn’t like the shower head but that’s just my preference there’s nothing wrong with it. They have a Keurig which I love. It’s just a nice place to be. There’s a huge tree that drops acorns everywhere and that attracts squirrels I enjoyed watching them. There’s a porch swing under the pergola and I enjoyed sitting there.

Lovely studio. My husband and I enjoyed the neighborhood, we walked in the evenings. Only a few minutes from the beach if traffic is lite. We would stay here again for sure.

We loved our stay! It was very easy access and super clean. We will most likely stay here again on our next trip to Florida!

First time staying in an attached private room. Was worried about noise and privacy , but no issues at all. It was perfect for our needs and the hosts have everything you need to eat in the room if desired, and stuff for the beach. Bathroom is lovely and they were very responsive to inquiries. Would stay again.

Had a wonderful time in Ft Walton Beach. We were able to bring the dog and visit the children and grandchildren. Found dog friendly restaurants and a few dog parks. A very pleasant stay!

The room was clean and smelled fresh. We appreciated the garden area to sit outside in and the use of the laundry facilities since we stayed for 10 days. It was nice that the TV was a smart TV so we could use streaming services. The bed was comfortable and having the dishes to use for snacks was handy. The property is as stated thought I didn't take advantage of the beautiful outside as I'm allergic to a number of outside things. Otherwise my stay sS nice.

Our hosts were great. It was more of a studio, which was a surprise, probably my fault not reading close enough. But it was very adequately furnished. We had a relaxing time since there was several inches of snow in the Panhandle of Fl., which had never been experienced before in Fl.Over all was good.

Nice accommodations with separate entrance. Short drive to restaurants, shopping and beaches. We would use again.

Overall, we had a great stay. The jacuzzi was a plus. Comfortable bed. The place has pretty much have what we need. The hosts are very kind and friendly and made sure we had a greatest experience at our stay. Great communication with the hosts.

There 5 nights to visit family. The location was perfect. The bathroom was excellent, both shower & tub. King bed! Wonderful place even for morning coffee. On our list as a place to stay in Fort Walton Beach.

It was a great and quite stay. The room is very clean and has everything you need. The only thing is the was the water pressure from the shower ladies if you have long hair only use a bit of shampoo or else youll be rinsing it out for ages
