Great location and easy access to the beach. All the rooms had a lot of great space. The furniture in the common area badly needs to be replaced - dirty, not super comfortable, and some things in bad disrepair. Would recommend, but some improvements needed…

We had a great time and the location is beautiful and convenient, the property was nice.The only issue we had was AC was not working properly on the lower floors and dryer also didn’t work but we had to call the service center.

Though the property had minor issues during our stay, Prickett Management's responsiveness was exemplary. Their quick actions to address and resolve the concerns ensured that our experience remained smooth and enjoyable. This level of service truly stands out and adds to the overall positive experience at this property. My only suggestion would be that the janitorial staff pay closer attention to cleaning the floors. While the rest of the property was immaculate, ensuring spotless floors would elevate the experience even further and reflect the overall high standards of this property. It combines charm, functionality, and fantastic service, making it a top-notch choice for large groups or families. This house truly enhanced our vacation, and we would gladly return. We had a group of 25 staying here. The house was amazing, there was everything you needed in walking distance and it was right on the beach.

Overall a great stay. Lots of room and we loved having a bathroom for each room. There was just an issue with the carbon monoxide alarms going off the day we got there. It happened a few times that day and again in the middle of the night. I called and reported this, and they sent someone out later that day. It resolved the issue until a couple nights later on our last nite, the alarm on the third floor went off again in the middle of the night. We were in the house directly behind bahama bobs and I felt like the people in the houses right above the pool kinda took it over but they had been there much longer, I guess it just depends on who is there. Bahama bobs was fun to grab a drink or a quick bite to eat. We also had brunch at Laurie’s, a block or so up and it was fantastic. Super small place but tons of options. Great overall location for access to the beach and other restaurants and such. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Whenever i called or emailed the property managers I always got a pretty quick response. Tons of room. Be prepared to get your stair steps in. This didn’t bother me much as a run up and down stairs all day but some of my friends thought it was rough. Fantastic views on the balcony.

Great location. House was good set up for our large group. Had an issue with the air conditioning but got a fairly quick response from maintenance. Was concerned about shared pool but it was large and accommodated everyone.
