The house was very comfortable and in a great location with excellent mountain views. Kyle was very responsive and a great host.

Very communicative host, awesome kitchen for group meals at home, never felt crammed even with a large group, really enjoyed proximity to the trails in La Quinta, place does feel a bit far from downtown Palm Springs but Old Town La Quinta is a short drive and had some great dining and entertainment options

We were on the go while visiting so we didn’t take advantage of the place as we could have. We will definitely book again, but next time will plan to chill and enjoy the place. It accommodates a large family or multiple couples but I would not stay here if you want to be in “party central”. It is a very quiet neighborhood and a spacious living area. Feels very new but there are a few bumps and bruises you expect with a vacation rental. I would gladly recommend this place to friends and family.

Even though mother nature brought some rain and cooler temps, everything about David's place was amazing; perfect for 4 retired guys on a golf trip. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and BBQ. We really enjoyed the heated pool and spa. Excellent communication with David. Highly recommended!

We wanted a chill Labor Day getaway, and that is exactly what we got. The house was very clean and modern, and the grand room was perfect for hanging out. The house accommodated a large group very comfortably, and while the pool and spa very enjoyable, we just wish the pool was bigger for our group size. But overall had tons of fun!

We stay here every year and absolutely love it! We love the property and how clean and up to date the house is set up! The owners are a pleasure to work with!

Great home with lots of rooms and bathrooms, well laid out. The hot tub was fun it use each night after biking and golfing. It is in an older quiet neighborhood in the “the cove”, one block from hiking and biking trails.

Everything was as or above expectations. Enjoyed everything about our stay, the house was clean, beds comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked - could use wine glasses! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Close to nice hiking trails.

Beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood! Wonderful access to hiking and Old Town La Quinta. David was easy to work with and very responsive.

Outside the front door might want to water down sweep the bird stuff before guests arrive I did water that area down also in kitchen the corner cabinet might need repair I have photos of both areas if you need Overall great property and location

Great location and perfect layout of home. Property was clean and fresh. Would def stay again.

Overall good stay. Mattresses are good, but frames are very squeaky in all rooms. Baseboards were dirty, but overall clean house, beautiful pool and Jacuzzi.

While the space of the house was perfect for the size of our family of 9. The pool was the whole reason for our stay and we were disappointed. It was VERY small you can’t actually swim it more like stand in and cool down . The first day the pool was very dirty and smelled horrible. Thankfully the next days it cleared up and the smell went away. The pool lounge chairs were beyond dirty. The couch in the living room was also dirty and very worn out. My mom’s pillow in the master room had blood stain. Luckily there was a washer and dryer and we were able to wash it.

My 4 friends and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house is spacious and comfortable. The water in the pool was too hot to enjoy in July, but the house provided a perfect getaway otherwise. We would stay there again. It's just a short drive to Old Town La Quinta as well as other shops, restaurants, and theaters along Highway 111.

We enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is really pretty with the hills as a backdrop.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the pool was sparkling. Great neighborhood with access to hiking right around the block. We can't wait to return!
