Stayed Dec 12, 2025I brought my scout troop down from Upstate NY for the 18th year in a row (less 2020 during covid). We never seem to get hooked up with the same house, and this year's home fit us pefectly. Aine was very responsive and took care of all our questions and concerns. We had a group of 13, and in spite of the house having only one shower, we scheduled shower time and it was no issue. The home had a large sitting room where we conversed, ate and played games, and at night it became a bedroom for 2 boys. Everything inside was clean and neat. We travelled into the city every day we were there and could be in downtown Manhattan within an hour using bus / subway combination. The bus stop was a half block from the house. This was a perfect spot for us. You will not be disappointed.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025We had an amazing time staying on this property. Location was very centralized and convenient. Stores ice cream shopping with all walking distance. Host left us a basket full of snacks and drinks.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025My family stayed here for a funeral. The house was in a perfect location for us. There was a beautiful hospitality basket for us, the house was very clean and the area offered lots of welcomed distractions.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024This home was perfect for us and our group of friends whom were flying in to surprise a local Bronx friend for his 40th. The bedrooms were great and overall clean and decorated nicely. The location of this home was close to everything from walking distance to a 15-20min drive. We enjoyed the front porch and backyard for a cocktail or two. Not to mention that the house manager was great on communication. Thank you and we highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 6, 2024The house is located in the perfect location: not too out of the way and not too busy either! Tons of choices of food in the neighborhood and manhattan is less than 5 miles away. Had an amazing time with family and friends as everything went smooth. From checkin to checkout we have no complaints and offer both the host(s) and the house 10 out of 10 stars!
