Stayed Nov 29, 2025Very clean and well appointed throughout. Kitchen had everything we needed and washer and dryer were very nice extra. Good family neighborhood. Overall an excellent choice for a family sty.

Stayed Sep 24, 2025The house was in a great location & quiet cul-de-sac, with a perfect location for everything we needed in Marietta & a couple trips downtown. The living area was huge - great space for the kiddos. Would have been a 5-star review, but in our opinion the beds were super creaky & fairly uncomfortable (too firm), so every time we tossed and turned it disrupted the other person. Didn't sleep well. Updated appliances, but no frills - The amenities were fairly good, but we're stayed in lots of other rentals that provide extra touches. We did not use the outdoor deck area since it was pretty rainy/wet during our time, but that seemed like a great spot. Overall, we thought it was great for what we needed, but there were a few things lacking that would have made it the perfect stay for us.

Stayed May 16, 2025Very nicePlace, very comfortable, large, well appointed. Don was a great host - very communicative, friendly and went above and beyond! We will definitely stay here again if the need arises.
