This charming two-story, three-bed, three full-bath beach house offers close to 2,000 square feet of living space, two porches, a balcony, and a convenient one car garage. Lot 100 on Martinique site map. Just approx. 200 yards from the beach!!

All new top of the line Beauty Rest mattresses. One king bed downstairs and a king bed and a queen bed upstairs. A new top of the line La Z boy blow up matress sleeper sofa. Four new 4K TV’s including a 75” Samsung 4K UHD in the living room. All TV’s are brand new and have a blue ray player. All TV’s are smart TV’s and WIFI ready.

Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully-appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. In addition to the main living areas downstairs there is one guest bedroom with a full bath as well as a large screened back porch with access from the kitchen and bedroom.

Upstairs is a master suite and additional guest room. The master suite has a generous master bath with large garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. Just off the master bedroom you'll enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the second story balcony. The additional upstairs bedroom has plenty of closet space and a large full bath.
