Stayed Jan 25, 2026We love the location in the Salt Marshes. Lots of aquatic birds. Local dining was good. Kitchen was spacious. It would have been great if there was a grab bar in the showers.

Stayed Nov 13, 2025Excellent host, very accommodating and quick to respond. Very clean house with plenty of space, ample parking access to dock and navigable water to Sapelo sound. Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic for a peaceful getaway. Kitchen is nice and well supplied with items for food prep even though we mostly ate at local restaurants. Basically it checks all of our boxes and we plan to return.

Stayed May 9, 2025This was our third time starting at this house. We love it, just like before. Fishing all day, playing games at night (tons available at the house) or watching funny videos on YouTube in the cozy living room. I drew the blinds up in the living room, bedrooms and the kitchen, because all have the beautiful marsh and the river out back. Love the kitchen at this house too. Loaded up on blue crabs, Bait shops just minutes away. Perfect vacation!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Great stay while fishing Shellman Bluff. Dock was excellent and very close to public ramp so it made things much easier to come and go as we pleased. House had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and full kitchen. Plenty of parking space outside which was nice with boat and trailer. Netted bait shrimp right off dock so this set up made for a great fishing weekend. I would add that this would be an excellent place for kayak fishing as there are many interesting fishing areas along the river that are productive and protected from weather and boat traffic.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Great house, comfy and homey! Loved relaxing and fishing on the dock, breathing in that unmistakable saltwater marsh scent. The little gator kept us company each low tide and crabs were having fun stealing our bait. :)
