Welcome to Cottage Voyage located in the Harbor Club South Haven Marina Resort Community next to the unsalted Lake Michigan. It’s been recently renovated to present a classic luxurious style cottage. Enjoy the quaint and quiet beach town of South Haven with your large family or group of couples and friends.

The inviting cottage is exceptionally furnished with luxury furniture, large smart TVs, 5-star hotel grade bedding and linens, and voyage-themed accents throughout. This vacation home is comfortable and cozy all year long that you will want to return to again and again. So let’s take a look around.

ACCESS TO MARINA RESORT AMENITIES
You are welcome to take advantage of the member's only facility and amenities of Harbor Club Resort Community, including the private marina, club house, and seasonal heated outdoor pool. The marina office is on site to provide you any outdoor activities rental that you might need. Embraced by lush landscaping and in a quiet neighborhood, you are a short walk away from the marina view, the beaches, and Kai-Haven Trail. You are also a short golf cart ride from unique shopping and flavorful dining options of charming South Haven.

MAIN FLOOR LIVING AREA w/ GAS FIREPLACE
This is where you’ll find the 70-inch flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV, Netflix and plenty of places to watch it from. Share the leather sofa, or take the accent chairs all for yourself.

OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN & FORMAL DINING
With an open concept kitchen, a dine-in island, and a formal dining area on the main level of the home, here is where the culinary magic happens. This kitchen is well stocked, and it features quality appliances, a pull-out sprayer on the double sink, and a K-cup/Carafe Coffee 2-in-1 coffee maker. Enjoy each other's company while prepping meals or snacking in the open concept kitchen/dining area. The large dining table and the kitchen island can seat 16 guests. RETRO STYLE BAR & GAME ROOM w/ GAS FIREPLACE
Step into lower level for a one of a kind game night. Here you can find another large living area that combines a funky roadhouse inspired home bar and a luxury lounge area with a gas fireplace. The Boston brick tile wall and voyage accents bring a vintage atmosphere to the space. Your game night is complete with 2 TVs to air your favorite sports/shows, a foosball table, and a variety of board games for you and your friend to bond over.

UPPER FLOOR LOFT
In this cozy area, you can enjoy some quiet time. Grab a book, play your favorite music, and relax on the sectional sofa. Enjoy the view of endless stars through the skylight. This area also has a designated work station that comes in handy for working remotely.

5 BEDROOMS
Your hosts want to ensure everyone enjoys a great night’s sleep every night of your stay. So expect luxurious 5-star hotel quality comforters and memory foam mattresses, 100% cotton linens and beddings on solid wood beds. You’re sure to wake up fully refreshed, ready for a new day, whichever bedroom is yours.
The main level master en suite features a queen bed with a cozy leather chair. The master full bathroom has a bathtub and a standup shower. Two bedrooms on the second level each has a queen bed and an accent chair to relax. The third bedroom on the second level has two twin beds and a pull-out sofa that sleeps two. Lower level bedroom has two bunk beds and a kids corner that is filled with toys and books.

3.5 BATHROOMS
There is another half bathroom on the main level in addition to the full bathroom in the master suite. One full bathroom on the second floor, and one full bathroom on the lower level.

IN-HOUSE ENTERTAINMENT
Your hosts ensure there’s plenty of family fun in and around the house. The smart TVs have Netflix so you can keep watching your favorite shows, and YouTube TV so that you will not miss a live sport game. There are board games aplenty and a foosball table on the lower level.

OUTSIDE
There is plenty going on outside too. You can all gather on the wrap around porch making use of the variety of outdoor seating and BBQ grill, or enjoy more outdoor fun in the neighborhood's common area with a fire-pit.

CHILDREN OF ALL AGES WELCOME
This is a kid-friendly home with all kinds of amenities and features available for younger guests, including a highchair, kids’ dinnerware, Pack ’n Play/travel crib (upon request), childproof outlet caps, stairway baby gate, and kid’s toys.

LAUNDRY ROOM
You might want to leave the laundry until you get home, but in case someone wants to wear the same top twice during your stay, there are laundry facilities in the unit.

ULTIMATE CLEANLINESS
We’re all conscious about the need to be careful and clean these days. And to help, your hosts will ensure there’s 70% alcohol sanitizer available for you and your fellow guests.

SECURITY CAMERAS

There are 2 security cameras at the front entrance and inside of the garage.

Your hosts are delighted to make this newly renovated home available for a group of up to 16 guests to enjoy. The house will be exclusively yours for the duration of your booking and you have access to all areas.

Additional Note:
A new home is being built next to ours. The construction is projected to finish before summer 2022. The builders are typically very careful and respect the quiet hours. We also have the community manager onsite to address any issue.
