Stayed Jul 25, 2025The house is adorable and very clean! It was well stocked with everything you could need. It is only a short walk to the beach. The only downside is- the ice maker hardly worked so we had to buy ice, some of the mattresses are old and need need to be replaced and there wasn’t an air filter in the wall spot where there should’ve been one.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025It was a quiet neighborhood, with spots to eat in walking distance and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfy and the house was lovely and clean!

Stayed Sep 21, 2024Walking distance to one of our favorite beaches and two great restaurants. Easy access to a great pool for our baby to enjoy. All the amenities we needed, but be sure to bring your own spices and coffee filters. Comfortable and cosy house with a great porch for enjoying the morning. We loved our stay.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024We loved our stay at Margarita Sunrise! Our two toddlers loved the pools and the walks to the beach and to get ice cream. Santa Rosa was beautiful and my husband and I enjoyed a walk to local restaurants for date nights after our littles went to bed!

Stayed Sep 9, 2023Great stay. Very nice property. We had a great 4 days. Household items were great. No issues at all. Weather was perfect. We wish the house had beach chairs and cooler, etc instead of depending on local rental outfits for those needs.
