    The house was clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. There were plenty of towels available. There are some improvements that could be made for the cost of the rental - 1. Oven venting - when using the oven and stove, a strong smell came from the appliances, so we had to open the window to vent out. 2. Carpeted bathrooms - we believe this attributed to a musty smell and some people with sensitive allergies had issues with the dust/mustiness, also it was wet due to carpet/shower, etc. 3. Needed to specifically request front door code - it was provided but then asked that we not use the front door. Not sure that's reasonable. Additionally but not as big a deal, there were no complete games i.e. scrabble missing most pieces, candyland broken in half, etc. And there were not many kitchen supplies if you plan to cook, and very dull knives. Overall it was clean and host did what they could to help!

    Great place! 8-10 mins to most of the of the lifts. There's plenty space and plenty of beds. Did get stuck in the driveway due to heavy snow but it wasn't to hard to shovel out. Be prepared for elevation cause this place is an extra 2k feet up from the Breckenridge. Otherwise would recommend, Pinnacle Lodge were experts on check-in and check-out

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the Marble Mountain Retreat. They bedrooms have a great layout. I would say the driveway is pretty steep which isn't shown in the pics. Can be hard to get in and out.

    The house was great. We had a group of ladies staying the weekend and there was plenty of space for the 8 of us. Nice big table for us to all sit around. Even had a guest with a broken ankle. She got around great on the main floor with her scooter. Thank goodness there is a bedroom on the main floor. Had a dmall issue with the garage door and they sent someone out right away to take a look at it. They responded very quickly. We had a great stay!!

    Very roomie 5 bedroom house was well equipped including some stuff for infants. Only problem was the main refrigerator wasn't working and we weren't told until check-in time. Second fridge in the garage did work though. Excellent responsiveness of management company.

    A group of friends and I from Kansas came out spend some time together. We had a great time. It was as advertised. Very good communication with owner. Beds were a little firm for some but other than that everything was perfect.
