The town house is minutes away from downtown monument circle, located in the diverse neighborhood of Holy Cross. Homes in Holy Cross are distinguished by skilled craftsmanship that you will find in historicals homes. The town house has been remodeled for short term guest strictly. Stayed Oct 29, 2025The house has a nice historical feel to it while also boasting a moden kitchen and bathrooms. There was plenty of space for our larger group.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024Clean, spacious home. Host responded quickly. I would take extra paper towel (1 roll provided) and kitchen towels (1 provided). Front bedroom with 2 beds hears a lot of road noise.

Stayed Apr 25, 2023This property worked well for us. We had 2 couples and 2 single men who were volunteering at the FDIC Exhibition. We all had our privacy, but also were able to hold team meetings around the dining room table. The beds (and showers) were comfortable and clean.

Stayed Mar 9, 2023We arrived late in the evening to find the porchlights on and welcoming us to the property. The property was exactly what we needed. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the available coffees and teas. The location was great for visiting downtown Indianapolis and comfortable to retire to in the evenings.
