Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night.

    I must give this property a poor review. The 4th bedroom is a converted garage that smells of rot and decay. We were unable to use this room and had to keep the door closed at all time to prevent the smell from traveling through the rest of the house.I made the host aware of this immediately on check-in; the host sent out a handyman with cans of air freshener but made no other efforts at investigation.The host claimed that no one else had ever complained, that their cleaners did not notice any bad smell, and the host even tried to blame me by insisting that we must have let the smell in from outside.The host offered a 30% discount but (as of today) has not applied that discount.The property is clearly being remote-managed and I suspect relies on AI virtual agents. I always got quick responses, but the responses were never helpful.I would never choose to rent a Marbella Lane property again as I would not be able to trust the condition of the property nor the assistance of the host.

    The property looks like the pictures. The neighborhood is pretty quiet - other than the occasional dog and roosters in the morning! The property manager was very responsive. They have a more advanced check in procedure than I have ever used but once it was done, it was fine. Clean unit. Only negative - the washing machine needed to be reset.

    Neighborhood is very tacky. Furnishings very sparse. No AC in #4 bedroom! Yard is a mess and not developed at all.

    My wife had surgery at Stanford and this location was very convenient to stay while she was hospitalized. Communication with the Marbella team was fast. We were able to extend our stay one more night beyond the booking dates. Neighborhood is directly adjacent to a light industrial area. Neighbors dogs liked to bark late at night.

    Pros Looks newly remodeled. Nice gated entry. Comfy bed, Great showerhead in master bath. Friendly neighbors. Cons This property was on the edge of a neighborhood right next to an industrial area. It's not really a walkable area. The backyard needed some work and it would've been nice to have outdoor furniture.

    We were in town for a few days for work and wanted a collaborative spot for us to unwind after meetings all day and have any needed follow-up discussion. It was close to where we were needing to be which made it super convenient each day and tons of great restaurants within 15-20 minutes in all directions it seemed. I will definitely be looking for this property the next time we travel out.

    I stayed at this property for 3 weeks with 3 other colleagues. We took one bedroom each. The house and rooms looked exactly as shown in the photos. There was a lovely fireplace in the living area and the kitchen was fully equipped such that we could easily cook meals in the house. The toilets were very clean and with plenty of hot water (we visited in winter) and great water pressure from the rain showers. The mattresses were incredibly supportive and comfortable. The management was also very responsive to our email queries and also fixed a leaking tap in one of the bathrooms within a day. The house is located in a quiet, residential area so a car is needed to move about. Overall, it was an extremely comfortable stay in this house for a 3-week work trip to Stanford University and Silicon valley. Highly recommended.
