Parking on the street is prohibited overnight by City Regulation, cars will be towed away by City Authority due to illegal parking.
Please respect the speed limit and drive slowly in the community

SAFETY TIPS TO USE THE POOL
We also wanted to share with you some safety tips you should remember when your kids are around the pool so that everyone can enjoy themselves without any accidents:
1. Never go near the pool without adult supervision.
2. Check the water's depth before diving or jumping in.
3. Have your kids use life jackets or floatation devices if they are not a confident swimmer.
4. Don't play with objects that could be dangerous in the water, such as glass or long sticks.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage, a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be Cancelled. COPS will be Called, and Legal Actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furnitures, and decorations are NOT allowed.
Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and additional guests fees applies.
Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a per there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $50 per person, per night.
Interaction with Guests:
We respond promptly to messages, calls and emails.
The property was in a safe residential neighborhood. The management comp had an extensive rental agreement, which was fine. Some of the rules were to remove your shoes in the home and to only have two cars which were to be parked in the driveway. These rules created an expectation that the carpets would be clean and that other cars would not be in front of the house. Unfortunately, when we checked in there were stains in each of the four bedroom carpets as well as an abandoned car parked directly in front of the house. I sent pics and the management company said that they would follow up on the abandoned car, I didn't hear back about this issue and the car was there when we left. I was told that the carpet would be treated when we left. We also had tepid water in the showers and a loose shower fixture which we reported and I am hopeful it was fixed after we left. The lawn was also not mowed. The management company was responsive but these things were disappointing based on the price of the home. It was evident that there were scripted emails sent and responses that were one offs so there was not a consistent thread with the communication. As we were there for 4 days for a family event, we just dealt with the water temp. We will not be renting from this company again as it was an overall disappointing experience.
