As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $50 plus taxes per person, per night.

Really nice place, perfect for a pretty big family. Location is very quiet but still easy access to local highways as well as Redwood City downtown.
The home is really nice BUT we ran into issues that sabotaged our enjoyment of it. First the Internet for the TV's either didn't work or worked only sporadically. Second after sleeping on the CA king bed a couple of night the mattress forms to your body but should you try to move out of what it has sculped for you - it is really not comfortable and finally the hot water tank broke necessitating that we move out. Marbella Lane staff was very understanding of that situation and we were pleased with our interactions with them. The place has the potential to be a top notch VRBO but I would suggest someone go through and make sure the infrastructure of the house is ready for use.
