Manatee Bay

Ten of us came down for my sons 40th birthday and my wifes birthday. We had a wonderful time. The home, pool, hot tub, dock, putting green and tiki bar area were all amazing. We rented a 32 ft boat for fishing, snorkeling and sun set cruises. We would definitely stay here again but maybe in the winter next time. :)

The property was in excellent shape and had many great amenities. The screened in pool area was wonderful and was used every day. The layout of the house was well thought out with a large kitchen opening to a combination dining/ family room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and maintained. The only disappointment with the property was that the hot tub was full of green water when we arrived and, despite a visit from a pool maintanence person, the water remained cloudy for the duration of our visit.

Everything was great about the property except the bar-b-que was small and filthy. The downstairs bedroom window leaks and the water runs down the wall and puddles on the floor. The rainy and windy weather exposed both problems. The property manager was great and responsive - but the owner needs to fix both problems. If not they are going to have a mold and drywall problem.

This home checked them all and was way above my expectations upon arrival. The owners have really done an excellent job on the layout. With a party of 10 this vacation, there was plenty of room to be together or get away for some peace and privacy. All the areas outside to sit for different vibes were incredible!!! The ability to rent a boat and gas up right next door was a bonus!! To view sunset and sunrise such a plus!! The home provided everything you need to get started (tp,pt,soap etc) having 2 washers and dryers, so awesome!!! Location perfect for shopping!!, very peaceful property!!, Loved the 2 tv's outside by pool and tiki. House was very clean!!! Mallorie and Riley were very prompt and kind for any questions we had, would definetly book this home again, Thank goodness for folks that share their piece of paradise with us, We greatly appreciate and respect the home as if it were ours for a week of vacation!!!! Great place

The house was amazing, it had more than what we expected. It was very comfortable. If only the pool would have been heated from day one (unable to really utilize the pool due to it being freezing water then the weather) It would have been perfect vacation!
