Beautiful home, very clean. Staff were great about responding to my texts quickly. Safe neighborhood - I went running on my own. Loved the hot tub, fire pit. It was winter so did not swim, but the pool was beautiful. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was very well furnished. Would highly recommend
Had a great time even tho it rained all weekend we made the best of it loved the heated pool.
We stayed at Mallard Vestige as a group of 9 coworkers for a few days of training, annual planning, and team building. The house was perfect for having meetings together as well as relaxing and grilling. We had a boat for a couple days which was great, and the rental process was very easy. There was enough room for everyone and the entertainment space was great to have.
The house is beautiful and really functional layout for our family. On the surface the house was clean but is definitely due for a deep cleaning (cabinets pretty dirty, dead bugs in corners, etc). There were a few issues with applications not working great but fortunately a second kitchen downstairs. We had a bug issue the first night and the property manager responded very quickly and had someone out the next morning. We would love to come back just hopefully a little cleaner next time!
This property was beautiful with plenty of space for our group of 3 young families. The bedroom set-up offered great privacy. The pool was great for young children with a tanning ledge they could play on. We would definitely recommend.
We had four families together for a week in this house, ages spanning 1 to 70, all had a great time at this property. Wonderful views from the back deck and the pool, plus a robust dock that accommodated a pontoon boat and jet ski (dock has lift which is nice). Is located in a corner of the lake with relatively low boating traffic and calm waters. Property management was extremely service oriented, helping us set up equipment and boat rentals in advance and responding to requests and questions promptly. Kids enjoyed the games (air hockey, shuffle board). Pontoon boat rides with surreal sunset views. All this made for a wonderful family gathering experience.
First off - The house is beautiful. But... There was apparently no exterior cleanup prior to our arrival. The exterior tables and chairs were loaded with pollen. The swimming pool deck had leaves everywhere. There were spider webs all over the main floor deck. Given the time of year of our stay (late April), some pollen and leaves would be understandable, but it looked like there had been no exterior cleanup at this place in many months. Despite our efforts, the upstairs air conditioning did not work at all. Unfortunately, we had the warmest weather of the calendar year to date, and it was extremely warm upstairs. This made for some uncomfortable sleeping temperatures. We phoned the maintenance crew for assistance, but they were unable to fix the AC upon arrival. They put a very noisy window AC unit in one upstairs room and fans in the other upstairs room. These didn't help much at all. The lower level of the house had an alarm on the exterior doors - this seemed to be a child pool safety alarm. The alarm sounded every time the door was opened, and it was very loud. We were not able to disable this, but when the maintenance crew came to address the AC issue, they were able to disable the alarm for us. The pool was advertised as 80 degrees, but it was very cold. There was no access to the swimming pool heating controls. For some reason, the stove on the main level was locked and was not able to be used. We had to use the stove on the lower level. Also - the hot water in the house took a long while to work. When going to shower, we had to wait 3-5min for the water to get warm enough to take a comfortable shower. There was no ball provided for the Foosball table - at least we couldn't find one. Overall we didn't have the best experience.
Can’t wait to come back!
