THE PROPERTY: The property has a common entrance and drive way with a storage warehouse, but the house has a private perimeter with fence.

SMOKING: This is a NON-smoking rental. There is no smoking allowed indoors or within 10 feet of the home. Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated areas outside on rear lawn near bar area.

Please note that no events open to the public or more than your 8 overnight guests are allowed unless you talk to us first. Additional rules and restrictions around events are strictly enforced.

Tape on the wall and glitter/confettis/etc ARE NOT ALLOWED in this property. Extra paint and cleaning fees will apply.

Fireplace: not allowed to be used.

Short term agreement have to be agreed by guests and host before approve the booking.

Cleaning fees: $250.-

Holidays weekends: 4 nights minimum
