The Space:

With some of the world’s best parks just a few short miles away and access to onsite resort amenities, the adventures are countless and one thing is sure: this trip will be one to remember.



The home’s first level consists of an open concept gathering space. A hub of activity, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cookware, cooking tools, coffeemachine, and toaster for convenient meals at home. Sit right at the kitchen counter where barstool seating for 2 offers space for a casual bite to eat or hold more formal meals at the dining table with seating for 6. Leather couches surround a large screen smart tv where you can enjoy your favorite Disney movies ahead of meeting your favorite characters in person.



This home sleeps 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms with unique themes that bring the magic of Orlando’s famed parks back home with you, as well as soft linens for sound nights of sleep between long days of play.



Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 has an enchanting Harry Potter theme with a wall-to-wall mural of Hogwarts. The room is furnished with 2 twin size beds and smart tv.



Bedroom #4 takes you under the sea with a Little Mermaid theme. Ariel’s underwater kingdom and friends adorn the wall space above 2 twin size beds which face a smart tv.



THINGS TO NOTE:

There is an additional shared bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.

Parking space is provided.

Washer and dryer in unit.

-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.



This home is located in West Lucaya Village Resort, a condominium 15 minutes from Walt Disney World with many amenities of its own including outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, sand volleyball courts, playground, indoor playroom, and BBQ rentals. In addition to the fun you’ll have on property and exploring Disney parks, other nearby attractions include Sea World, Universal Studios, Lake Kissimmee State Park, and The Kennedy Space Center.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
