Stayed Feb 16, 2024The property is well maintained except for two lounge chairs on the upstairs deck that were totally worn out and we were not able to sit on them. Also, no privacy while sitting outside.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025The unit is very nice and in a great location! The listing is very accurate. The communication with Carla was good. A few mishaps:1. There was construction outside of the unit during our stay that woke us very early on the first morning. The owner gave us a discount, but it still impacted our stay and made it tough to pay rationalize the amount we paid that night.2. The a/c system is very loud and it would wake us when it would go on.Additionally, many of the units on the property have access to the resort. Ours did not. Wish we would have been allowed to use the resort pool, as it appeared we had the exact same towels as they gave at the pool.

Stayed Feb 12, 2024Place was clean and cozy. Only disappointment was that both lounge chairs on the upper deck were broken so we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the view. I contacted property manager. Location was an easy ride to Marathon and Key West.
