In a very quiet residence ideally located in the heart of the pine forest between ocean and lake. With large outdoor pool (open from early June to late September). Near downtown and beaches (1.5 km, 10 min by bike, 5 min by car). In the immediate vicinity of the golf course, the horse village, a spa, a course in the trees and tennis. Private parking. Several km of pleasant cycle paths pass right outside the residence. Provision of bicycle storage in the residence. Very handy for going to the beach or to town. Lacanau lake nearby for sailing and water skiing. The great wines and castles of the Médoc are nearby. Bordeaux and its cultural heritage at 1 hour.
