House near the owners’ guesthouse, 100 m², sleeps 6, just 800 m from the ocean and bike paths. Rated Gîtes de France 3 épis, set between forest and ocean in a peaceful environment. Opposite the house, forest trails invite you to walk or cycle.

Ground floor: living/dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 single beds convertible to a king-size bed with fitted sheet provided), landing with desk,separate WC.

You have a private, shaded, enclosed garden with outdoor cold-water shower and two terraces (one to the east with table and sofas, one to the west with table, chairs, and built-in barbecue). TV, free Wi-Fi, parking on the property. Towels, table linen, and bath towels provided.
