Ananda means bliss, and that is what we set out to create here. Tucked behind a private gate in the Uplands neighborhood, Maison Ananda is a five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath estate designed for traveling guests who want space, privacy, and quiet. Long weekends where the kids disappear into the game room and the adults claim the heated patio. Slow mornings with coffee in the yard before anyone else is up. Evenings can wind down in the media room without anyone feeling on top of each other.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025Not fully equipped, needs to be better stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. We were a group of 12 with kids, there were no garbage bags for the kitchen, not enough cutting boards, really any kitchen essentials were sparse. The biggest thing was the host only provided 3 dishwasher pods for a 5 days trip and when we asked for more, they told us they only provided the initial settle in amount - i've never been to any home vacation rental where they refuse to provide more essentials for a guest.The house itself is a great layout for families with children, the front gate makes the home feel safe and secured. I think overall though, the host needs to better stock the house and be more adaptable to guests needs.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025The home is BEAUTIFUL! Wished the weather would have been better, so we could have enjoyed the covered outdoor sitting space and the yard. I’d highly recommend this home for family gatherings with children. Location is GREAT!! Some small changes are needed in the kitchen though. Garbage bags for the garbage/recycle bin are way too small and cheap quality. There’s no oven mitts or pot holders, and no placemats for the dining table or eating bar. There were no dish towels for drying dishes. The Ninja coffee maker does not have an original carafe or a replacement. Someone got creative and has created a catastrophe for a carafe! It’s a large glass jar with no pouring spout or handle. The jar does not keep the coffee warm after brew because the glass is too thick. At original brew the coffee is plenty hot, but you cannot handle the jar because it’s so hot!! It’s a liability for a bad burn! We had to use a laddle to get our morning coffee into our cup. Morning coffee should not be this much work! But it is stationed in a beautiful side room with other small counter kitchen appliances. My suggestion, replace the coffee maker or buy a replacement carafe and keep a back up for the next carafe that breaks. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, but happy we brought our own kitchen items just incase it was not well stocked with items. Because the home is SOOOO BEAUTIFUL, the kitchen could use some more helpful items to prepare and serve meals.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025My 4 night stay with a family of 12 was phenomenal! The property is nestled in a quiet and convenient location with plenty of amenities and thoughtful touches. The property was very clean and cozy. The playroom in the garage was perfect for the kiddos and the kitchen was meant for entertaining. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return if we're back in the area.

Stayed May 23, 2025This property is fantastic. We had extended family and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pictures are accurate. The location is great- very close to Elephant's Deli. Excellent communication concerning arrival and departure AND an item left behind after check out was recovered and returned!

Stayed Apr 5, 2025We absolutely loved our stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and we had everything we needed! Everything was sparkling clean. The bathrooms were so nice, the beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could want. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Our two grandsons were so excited about the play room so even though it rained, they were content to play. Next time we come out to Oregon we would LOVE to stay at Maison Ananda Oswego again!
