This house was adorable. Decorated beautifully and very homey feeling. Great water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to downtown Broken Arrow and restaurants. My husband and I would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing I have to say is…no curb appeal.

This house was so cute with a great space to enjoy our girls weekend. We stayed in both nights so the kitchen was very functional with good pots and pans to cook our meals. Both beds were super comfortable. Location of the house was fantastic near the Broken Arrow district that has a bunch of cute restaurants and shops. Only drawback was the house was a little older which adds to the charm but it did allow an influx of ants that got on top of the countertops. It wasn’t too bad of an issue but we had to move all of our food off of the kitchen counters. It was a very cute place to stay though!

Charming old house, interior well maintained, clean, and cutely decorated, exterior a bit run down and needing some attention, fun area with nice eateries and walking, easy access for greater Tulsa area

Cute, cute cottage in nice neighborhood. We were visiting family so didn't spend much time here, but it is clean, with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Laundry facilities are available. Close to many good restaurants. Come and visit Broken Arrow!

This charming house provided a perfect home base for our sister weekend of shopping and dining in Broken Arrow. The decor has a fresh, yet antique feel. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Such a nice place.. it was perfect for a Valentines getaway. The updates and decor were so cute, and I felt comfortable right away. The game room with shuffle board was so fun.

Only one problem need to bring extension cords as there’s only one electrical outlet in each bedroom other than that comfortable stay! loved it a lot

Just a quick getaway to enjoy friendship, excellent food, good wine, and a little shopping! This was a terrific home base for our weekend getaway!

This place was even more adorable in person! It provided a nice refuge while visiting Family.we had just enough things to prepare meals beds were super comfortable and the extra deep tub thankfully gave me a chance to relax.

This house is by far the most adorable place I’ve ever stayed! So comfortable, with everything you will need to feel at home. I would like the person who designed this place to come and help me with mine. Even my husband kept saying this place is really cute, and he’s a designer and general contractor. He’s a very masculine guy, so I was surprised. I told him since we’re visiting my parents and I’ll be sad (my Mom is declining rapidly with dementia), I’d like to stay in a fun and happy place that will cheer me up! It was perfect. He loved it too! Thank you Tiffany..You made our weekend so much brighter!

The house was great for location and very well maintained but I don’t think that if you allow 2 20lb dogs why 1 50lb well behaved dog isn’t makes no sense to me cause 2 dogs can tear up just as much stuff
