Main Street Cottage | 2/1, Hot Tub, Pet Friendly w/ Fee, On Main St.

We loved the outdoor area, hot tub. The house had everything we needed. Loved the coffee bar area. We did not like the car noise in the morning.

This cottage is very cute. The holiday decorations were an added bonus. The only problem is the mattress in room 1 sinks to the middle. The other room needs a step stool to get in bed. I was assured by the owner it was a new mattress. Maybe they should spend a night in this bed. Getting a good night sleep is a big part of ant stay.

The Cottage had everything we needed. It was decorated to make you feel like you were at home (but better) & the fireplace was such a great touch for this time of year. Cleanliness was on point, which is a priority for me. And the sweet treats, coffee & hot chocolate made it feel so welcoming. We had an amazing and relaxing time in the hot tub. This Absolutely Charming Cottage was perfect!

great spot on main. a little bit of a walk but great amenities and a large backyard we spent lots of time in.

The cottage was really cute, and there were thoughtful touches like snack packs with goldfish, granola bars, and fruit snacks and plenty of K cups. Having a fenced in yard was great for the dogs, and we liked relaxing in the hot tub. However, the floor is definitely slanted, and the cottage is in need of a foundation repair. There is no space to unpack or hang clothes. The bureau in the master bedroom was full of linens, with no closet. I found one hanger in the small secondary bedroom. If you want privacy, you won’t get it because the secondary bedroom is off the primary bedroom. The doors to the primary don’t close all the way (hence the need for a foundation repair). So the primary ends up being more of a pass-through. Most importantly, the yard needs a VERY thorough inspection and clean-up. My dog cut his paw pretty badly on something sharp , and while he’s fine, we could not find the culprit.

From reservation thru departure, it was a pleasure to stay at Main Street Cottage. Property was as pictured and details regarding the stay were clear and valid. It will be our future GoTo location in Fredericksburg, TX.

This house has ALL the charm, and is absolutely adorable! It was perfect for my husband and I to get away. My only complaint is the middle bedroom needs a new mattress. We didn’t sleep a wink the first night due to that bed caving in the middle. We moved to the other room and slept like babies! We will definitely visit again! The hot tub was a dream during the cool evenings!!

We had everything we needed in this little cottage. The backyard was the best part, the hot tub!!!

All was good except for skunk spraying under house middle of night! So strong smell woke us up! Notified mgmt next day & they responded.

Blinds need updating. Slat Blinds would work well in nooks. couldnt raise the blinds as they are dated. couldnt enjoy the warmth of the sun. Need to update the toilet as it is to low. whats trending are chair height toilets and it makes for better experience for older people as they dont have to work to get up off the toilet. Lock entrance could be a little more user friendly and their wasnt precise directions on how it worked. fumbled with it the whole time. other than that everything else was swell! Thanks!

It was Great, all the rooms were very nice size. The kitchen was well stocked & no problem with the bathroom or anything. At the end of town although walking distance to a lot. We really enjoyed it!

Cute cottage on west Main Street. A bit quirky in terms of layout. Very easy to communicate with hosts. Overall good experience but would recommend in the future they have more hanging space. Also to have a steamer or iron/ ironing board.

This cottage is beautiful and clean. Would love to stay longer next time and enjoy all it has to offer.

Very comfortable and charming cottage. Close enough to the main shopping and restaurants and easy access in and out. We enjoyed our stay very much! Some minor issues with starting the fireplace and no place to hang clothes, but other than that we had no real problems or issues. Very comfy beds and everything was clean and well kept.

The house was so gorgeously decorated for Christmas! So cute and cozy. Our only negatives would be no storage available for clothing. The 1 closet was packed full of pillows, etc. and all of the dresser drawers were full of bedding and bathroom drawers were full as well. We couldn't even unpack our suitcases or toiletries.

Cute cottage with nice hot tub and firepit. So many homey touches! Quiet at night and tons of space.

Fist time in Fredericksburg and staying at this location was perfect and relaxing
