Modern Old Florida Style Cottage walking distance to the beach with all the bells and whistles for a great escape. Deeded beach access , optional golf cart, paddle boards, and electric bikes can be available for you stay for an additional fee. There is also a Saltwater spa for relaxing after your day at the beach. Note :
There is a separate guest/carriage house on the front of property. It is not rented and is used part time by the owners.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024The MahiMahi cottage was absolutely beautiful. It must have been recently built because it was spotless. Everything that we wanted was there including big comfortable beds with nice linens, all the amenities, a large outdoor kitchen with a widescreen TV. There was also complimentary bikes as well as scooters, a golfcart and e-bikes to rent. It was a only a few blocks from the beach in a nice, QUIET neighborhood. The hosts were incredible and we will definitely rent here again when we return!!!

Stayed May 10, 2024I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Never have I stayed anywhere that was as clean and comfortable. Pictures are as is and that’s very rare. The host was very friendly and sweet. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Stayed May 6, 2024The stay here was one of our favorites on 30A. The location was great and having a golf cart to use was very convenient. We especially enjoyed the amazing outdoor space. Our son and his family visited with us and it was so relaxing and quiet. The hosts were friendly and we lacked nothing. Comfortable beds, nice linens and a completely stocked home. Definitely would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024Our stay at this cozy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach cottage was nothing short of magical! The cottage exuded charm and comfort, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The highlight of our stay was the amazing outdoor kitchen area, where we savored delicious meals while soaking in the breathtaking ocean views. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and luxury, and we can't wait to visit again for another unforgettable beach getaway! The golf cart is a must and was just the right ride to the beach. Karen and Randy are amazing hosts and made sure our stay was perfect. They are very laid back and down to earth. Our kind of people! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for everything. You made our spring break just perfect.

Stayed Mar 8, 2024Amazing stay start to finish! Such a hidden treasure!! The owners went above and beyond❤️ Every amenity you could think of, super comfy beds, beautiful decor and the BEST outdoor space! We absolutely loved hanging outside and cooking! The fire pit was perfect for the cool nights. Just a 3 minute golf cart ride directly to the beach yet far enough away that you felt like you were in your own private oasis! We will definitely be back!
