Magnificent Townhome! Epic Mountain Views! Heated Pool! 2 Miles to Purgatory

Comfortable and clean, great location. Skied at Purgatory for the week. Host responded promptly. Would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. Check-in was easy and stress-free.The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to everything we needed. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi, which made the stay feel just like home. Mountain views were amazing.Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Was in town for a few days visiting friends and old coworkers, wanted somewhere central to the areas I wanted to go. The home was better than the pictures. Very nice and very clean.

We knew the weather would be a gamble. It rained and snowed our entire stay, and the sunshine came out on the day we left. The townhome made up for the weather - it’s clean, updated and so cozy! We made breakfast, cuddled up on the big couch, played Monopoly and binge watched a show on Peacock. The master and upstairs bed left of the bathroom - both beds were super comfty! The Living room has a huge window and views of mountains. Location - we were about 30 minutes from Durango and just a few to Purgatory although it wasn’t open yet. On our way out we drove the Million Dollar Highway. It’s a gorgeous drive! We really loved our stay and hope toCome back for nicer weather this time so we can explore outdoors more.

Condo was at a great location and has everything needed, it is spacious and very well kept! Garage was really very convenient! Host has thought of everything a family may need while staying there - dishes, cups, pots and pans.. everything even scissors and tape! Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower! We were extremely happy with the stay!

This is the only place we have ever booked TWICE! We vacation to Colorado several times a year and usually stay in the Cascades. We adore this condo, the views, and the property manager!

We had a great stay! The home was beautiful and very cozy and clean! Perfect location for all the activities we had planned. Durango Main Street, Durango-Silverton Train, Bar D Chuckwagen dinner show, shopping. We saw deer, elk and some fox on our trip. Would definitely stay again! The only thing we would change is the mattress in the upstairs bedroom (queen).

The place is wonderful! Clean well kept and cozy. The location is the best part. We come here three times a year. We will definitely book this home again.

Many activities were offered, like tennis, pickleball, swimming, and an arcade, but we spent our days exploring trails and waterfalls. Would love to return someday.
