Magnificent Sunriver Home, Hot Tub, Huge Deck, SHARC Passes, Ping Pong

Everything as absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful! Worked so well for 4 couples! We will definitely be back!

After returning to Sunriver for our 25th year of family vacations for ten days, The Ponderosa was rated #1 by me and my extended family. It is a beautifully remodeled home with modern finishes and comfortable furnishings. Our older generation especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen, large Weber BBQ, the en-suite baths for each of the five king/queen bedrooms and the outdoor living areas with plenty of comfortable seating and green lawns. The bedrooms were comfortable/spacious and the indoor/outdoor living areas accommodated our large combined groups for dinners with plenty of dinnerware for all. The only improvement I might offer would be to offer drawer storage in most of the rooms, so a longer stay like we had would not require suitcase storage for clothing. The I-Trip team responded to minor requests I had promptly and professionally. We want to return here next summer!!

The house was perfect for our group! Excellent space, both indoor and outdoor. Well stocked kitchen, and great communication from the hosts. Sunriver is an excellent choice for a fun, active vacation, and this home is a lovely place to stay while you are there!

Great house that is all updated and nicely furnished. Plenty of space for our group of 10 (7 adults, three kids). Pros included nice open kitchen/living areas upstairs, good deck space. Some cons were location in sunriver for kids (pretty far from the village, SHARC, river) and no bikes included in the house. Also note that if you have mobility issues there is a big staircase at the front of the house that could be trickier to navigate with bags etc. Overall, great stay. As an FYI, once you book with VRBO, all communication and payment there after goes through a third party called itrip. This caused us some confusion when it came to payment.

This house was exactly what we needed! Well equipped, comfortable, great location - perfect for our young adult kids and my father-in-law. We cook a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed - great BBQ - and we appreciated the plethora of towels. We will be back!

We had a great stay- the house was beautifully remodeled and clean, and the beds were SO comfortable- I enjoyed being able to see the stars at night through the skylights throughout the home! Kitchen is well organized and stocked perfectly to cook whatever your heart desires- and plenty of outdoor and indoor space to enjoy. The location is great with easy access to Bend and Sunriver- would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to explore Central Oregon!

Our family of 8 adults loved the house we rented for Christmas in SunRiver, OR. We arrived to a “home” decorated for Christmas including a great Christmas tree! It has everything we could want including 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, great knives and ping pong! Beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and other linens. Hot tub and gas fireplace were perfect. They thought of most everything including doggie towels by the front door to dry our 2 snow loving doodle pups and hot tub towels by the patio door. Kitchen was well equipped for our family of cooks; we only broke out our own knives twice! Downstairs bedrooms allowed for individual, easy to use temp control which is ideal. Recommend you bring your own slippers as the wood floors are cold. Close to the north resort market and gas, and 15 minutes from downtown Bend. very quiet and peaceful. Only downside was the very steep entry stairs, intermittent rain and snow, and no shovel. We were able to carry everything in and out through the garage on arrival and departure to avoid the front stairs. Not a house for people with mobility issues but ended up perfect for us! We’ll rent again. Hope to be back this summer.

We had an incredible stay at an iTrip property in Bend, Oregon this October. The property was clean, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect—close to many unique and beautiful sightseeing locations, as well as located on a very peaceful and quiet street. The attention to detail in the home truly made it feel like a luxurious retreat. Communication with the iTrip team was seamless and they made sure everything was in perfect order. I highly recommend the iTrip team as well as this property and look forward to staying again!

Perfect house for everyone including our doodle. This home is very spacious and everyone gets their own bathroom. The living room has a large comfy couch and the Bose soundbar for music is very nice. We loved the double washing machines and too. We’ve stayed in many home in SunRiver and this one is lovely.

Fantastic property. Easy to find and access quickly to all activities. Definitely would stay here again. Perfect set up for our large family and comfortable house and bedrooms convenient with each having a bathroom.

The house was gorgeous, super spacious, comfortable bedroom/bathroom layout, and well stocked (they even had lots of Tupperware in the kitchen!)

This was a great home base for a summer vacation in the Sunriver / Bend area. The house was very clean and modern inside for an older home--appears recently renovated. High end appliances, well stocked kitchenware, and lots of games to keep us occupied in the evenings. Check in was seamless. Our only nitpick is that there are skylights in the master bedroom which means that in the middle of summer the bedroom lights up at 5am. It would be really helpful to have a shade for the skylights as it is quite disruptive. Otherwise this is a great place and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area.
