Beautiful home with beautiful views! Very spacious and very clean. I cannot say enough good things about the house. It's a 10/10 with one exception; there's a water treatment plant not far away. When the wind is right, you really get the smell. With the windows closed, there's no problem, but you can forget enjoying the evening air on those days.

We loved our stay. The house was super spacious and decorated nicely. The beds were the most comfortable of our entire trip out of all the places we stayed! We enjoyed playing some of the games that were available. Everything was great!

We loved this house. It was spacious and had amazing views. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom which was great. The living area and kitchen are separate from the bedrooms which worked great since our teenagers like to sleep. It was close to town and very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Ouray - the location of this home is perfect and the panoramic views from the windows really can't be beat! We appreciated having three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The beds were really comfortable! It was really hot inside when we arrived, but we were able to cool it down within a few hours with the central A/C. We enjoyed a great stay, but there are some details that could be easily changed that would bring up my rating to five out of five stars, especially given the price of the rental (provide more kitchen items and more than one set of towels per guest, make sure the bathrooms have hand soap, etc.). A few previous reviews noted that this home seems like a quick build and there are some odd details about the house (including loose boards on the deck, outdoor siding trim used inside around doors/windows, etc.). Obviously, folks think the location, house layout, and views are worth the stay (me included), but just some things to be aware of if you choose to book here. When in Ouray, don't miss out on Box Canon Falls - it was our favorite!

This house was beautiful but lacked personal amenities. One towel per person, no hand soap 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom and kitchen lacked several standard items. No wine glasses, pots and pans were scratched and uncleaned. No large bowls for salad and no Tupperware of any kind. Lamp in one room the switch was broken and master bedroom ceiling fan had only one speed… slow. Beautiful view but lacked personal touch for the 3400 a week cost.

We loved the location of the house and the views were amazing! Plenty of space for the two couples. We wished there there had been wine glasses and a better array of food preparation items. But overall we were very happy as there were a number of wonderful restaurants downtown.

Beautiful property with a gorgeous view. Very quiet, but convenient location. Plenty of room for all. Short trip to Telluride. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

The entire rental process was extremely easy and all six adults (3 couples) enjoyed the house. We were close to Ouray and all the mountain activities we wanted to participate in. The view of the mountains through the many picture windows made our Ouray stay that much more memorable.

We had a wonderful 10-day working vacation in Ouray. Great way to escape the Texas heat! The house is amazing and the views are truly spectacular. All of the rooms are a great size for everyone to have plenty of space and the beds are comfy. Truly lovely! Unfortunately, there were a few amenities that I felt should have been provided for a $700+/night rental. Because we were staying for 10 days, we had planned to cook at home most of the time. The kitchen provisions were very limited. Many of the pots and pans had the Teflon scraped off (not safe!). There were 7 plates and bowls and as many sets of cutlery. There were plenty of water and juice glasses but no wine glasses. After I requested, we had one cookie sheet, a 9x12 Pyrex and a cutting board. Prior to that, there was nothing to bake in the oven with. One small mixing bowl not big enough to mix pancakes or cookies and only one liquid measuring cup. Only one small Tupperware container yet not enough bowls or plates to store leftover food with saran wrap because we needed those to eat. Had to use a pot for making a salad as there were no serving bowls/platters. The knives really need to be sharpened, and it would be great to have a serrated knife for cutting bread/sandwiches. Obviously, I planned to wash dishes, but to have to wash after every single meal seemed unrealistic yet that was the case. Additionally, a very limited number of towels were provided for a party of 6. We were given 6 bath towels, 6 wash cloths and 3 hand towels. No towel for wrapping up wet hair or extra hand towels. I requested additional towels but was told the owner provides a washer and dryer and will not provide additional towels. The washer and dryer were fantastic and again I certainly was not opposed to washing, but a few extra towels did not seem like an unrealistic request for a 10-day stay. Overall, it was a great place, and I honestly would stay there again in a heartbeat. I just felt like a little effort into creating a more hospitable stay with basic amenities would have really gone a long way. Yes, I could bring all of those things if I was driving but should I really have to when I'm spending $700/night?

The house is beautiful and has wonderful views. There were a few deer who we got to see every morning just outside the back door. One note is there weren't any shower products at all; no shampoo or bar soap, only hand soap. That's totally fine and not advertised as being provided, but I mention it just so future guests are prepared to bring their own or stop at the store. We would stay here again as everything was great. A quick 5 minute drive to town.
