Challenge your friends to a game of tennis or racquetball. All these fun activities are yours to enjoy, at no additional cost and just steps from your front door!!!
'Colorado Rustic' is a good way to describe the décor in this 1680 square foot patio home. Old wooden skis, snowshoes, lodgey prints, and rustic mining artifacts adorn the walls. The use of warm earth tones and textures create a cozy ambiance.
The living room on the main floor is spacious and airy with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. The open kitchen and dining area makes an ideal gathering place to brag about who skied the steepest blacks or caught the biggest fish, while keeping the cook company! The dining room table seats six with extra seating at the counter bar.
Sink into the comfy couch or loveseat while being mesmerized by a roaring fire in the gas log fireplace. Relax on the deck and let a sense of wonder and peace surround you as you enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains. The downstairs family room is perfect for those who want extra space, privacy or can't agree on what to watch on t.v.!
The large master bedroom on the upper-most level boasts a comfy, king-size, aspen log bed and TV. A full bath adjoins the master bedroom, as does a large, walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is on the second level and is almost as spacious as the master. It has a queen-size, aspen log bed, dresser, and large closet with connecting full guest bath.
The garden level boasts a separate family room complete with queen-sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, 36' flat screen television, third bedroom, and full bath. The third bedroom has bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top), chest of drawers, and a closet. Sofa sleeper and top bunk are not suitable for adults. This home also offers a full-size washer and dryer. The home backs to a grassy greenbelt. Across the street is a trail which will take you to Mountain Side's private stocked lake. No fishing license required!
Nearby, is the popular bike path that runs from Breckenridge to Vail. Past the bike path are wonderful hiking trails which take you past wetlands, beaver ponds, over mountain streams, through gorgeous groves of aspen, and even up to an old mining town, Masontown, which was wiped out by an avalanche. There's no need for a car to get to hiking, biking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing - it's in your backyard!

The entire rental process from beginning to end was smooth and trouble free. With very short notice, we requested an early drop off of our luggage before check in time and our host Michele very nicely facilitated our request. Check in access was easy, as well as check out. The home was as advertised (see comments on sleep arrangements) and comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen made meals easy to prepare and clean up. The location is super convenient to many ski slopes, with a very short 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain, which is where we opted to ski. We had access to the community hot tubs which were a short walk away. Parking available for 2 cars. Both bedrooms had en suite bathrooms, and there was a 3rd bathroom in the basement which the bunk room and family room had access to. Sleep arrangements ideal for 6 adults (2 on bunk beds and 2 children/early teens (on pull out couch) (8 in all). A blow up mattress was also available which could sleep a 9th person. Overall our stay was comfortable and we were very pleased with the location.
Nice and spacious place. Close to almost all the fun places. The only few things we had an issue with was with the hot water running out fast. The firepit outside was hard to turn on. Other than that everything was perfect!
Can’t beat the location close to biking trails, hiking trails, downtown Frisco, and Lake Dillon. Wonderful home for family vacation.
Lovely house with plenty of room for our group of teenagers, us and elderly grandmother. Flight of stairs to get into front door, then a half flight up to get to first bedroom and bathroom, then another half flight to master bed and bath. Downstairs from living room is a great basement area with uncomfortable pull out sofa (we ended up potting mattress on the floor and it was perfect), and extra bedroom for kids and bathroom. So no bathroom at living area level. Stairs are exhausting with high elevation. There is constant noise coming from the gas water heater in the basement, but you get used to it. House has comfortable beds and lovely outdoor space with corn hole game to enjoy. Plenty of seating for meals indoor and out. Kitchen has an eclectic mix of utensils, some in poor condition, but could cook meals with a bit of digging for things. Main living carpets had dog hair throughout, but everthing else was very clean. All in all a great stay, just a few improvements in kitchen would make a huge difference. Thanks for having us.
The property has very comfortable and functional furnishings. The dining room table worked well for large group meals and because the table leaves fold under - a smaller group playing games. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and much appreciated. We also enjoyed playing the corn-hole game in the yard behind the deck. We had other family in Mountainside condos so the pool and hot tubs were a big hit. I can't comment on the TV since we never used it - too many other activities readily available. Michele (the owner) was very helpful and responsive. The few times I contacted her I had a response within minutes.
The house and location were wonderful. As were the amenities. The owners pay attention to the details and give you everything you need. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future.
Overall we had a very positive experience. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and the property seemed to have been remodeled within the last few years with new flooring/carpet/paint. We loved the mountain cabin style furniture.
Great apartment, great location, nice fitness facility. Only complain would be the shower control upstairs is very sensitive and the heating downstairs is not that efficient.
beautiful home expertly decorated with the best health club i've ever had .And that is saying a lot at my age I have many to compare with stay here if you can
It was so much nicer than the photos! We were pleasantly surprised. We are a family of four plus 2 grandparents that spent a week for a ski vacation. Definitely recommend this property. We would stay here again. It was really nice that there were basic things like paper towels, salt and pepper, aluminum foil, etc. The house was stocked with games and books. Wifi was great. Beds are big and high and super comfortable. My kid’s favorite part was the pool and hot tubs at the clubhouse.
Plenty of room for 6 adults in this clean, recently remodeled house. Great kitchen table for eating in and playing games. We really enjoyed the pool/hot tubs and proximity to downtown Frisco, as well as, Copper Mountain and Breckenridge. Would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful and cozy home, pictures do not do it justice. Great location to Main Street and activities and we loved our time here. Highly recommend!
We absolutely loved our place! Plus we had a great view of the mountains from our deck!
Beautiful condo! It is walking distance to Frisco Main street, Dillon reservoir, and several hiking trails. Will Definitely stay here again.
If you love hiking, biking, outdoor activity, and quaint downtown streets, this property has it all! You will be in walking distance to hiking trails, biking trails, downtown Frisco, the marina and Dillon Reservoir, and have use of the clubhouse with a tennis court, racquetball court, pool, hot tubs, and steam room. The condo is updated and comfortable and roomy for the whole family. We loved our family vacation here!!
