Magnificent 9 bedroom home near Bozeman with private Gallatin River access

Awesome home that housed our large family.

Had so much fun at our family reunion. Everything was excellent especially the home. Very spacious and beautiful home. Would definitely recommend to stay in this beautiful home.

The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen worked well as we prepared meals for 10. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for us all. Great river access. Hope to stay there again in the future!

Family and friends joined together in Bozeman to celebrate my son’s wedding. Although we didn’t spend much time at this property, we did gather for a few hours Saturday night and played outdoor games. The spacious lawn was perfect for that. There was even room for a whiffle ball game! The beds we SO comfortable, check in was a breeze and the owner was so nice and helpful. It’s close to some amazing hikes, too! Don’t pass this property up! It is amazing!!!

This property was perfect for our group who wanted something different for a bachelor trip! The location on the water was stellar and the proximity to town gave us plenty of options. Would definitely stay again!

This house was dreamy! Between two families (plus grandma!), everyone had plenty of space! The beds were some of the best vacation rental beds we’ve ever slept on! The kitchen had everything we needed including stocked coffee! The small details like toiletries in the bathroom made the stay even more comfortable. The house was beautiful and the location was convenient to several hikes we ended up taking. Meagan even let us check in a day early! Would 100% recommend this house!

We spent a week here with children/grandchildren that traveled from MN and Switzerland to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and an assortment of birthdays. We were 8 adults and 9 kids- and the accommodations met our needs very well. Loved having two dishwashers and 3 sets of washer/dryers! We have avid fly fishermen and they enjoyed being able to walk down to the Gallatin River. A few minor issues came up but the property manager was very responsive and resolved things very quickly.

This house was nice and well stocked, and the property is pretty. The host was responsive as well. Two things to note: The sauna did not work for the duration of the stay. A partial refund was requested and $100 was refunded by the owner. For this kind of listing, and the amount paid, this seemed incredibly low to me. Also, we had a large party and the owners agreed to accommodate us, however there was additional charges per guest after 10 guests. This was for a 9 bedroom home, and I didn't realize until after seeing the house that 10 guests is a very low number. This house easily accommodates 18 guests. To be fair, I did agree to these charges, but I think it's important to mention it here for future guests.

Lots of room for a large family or group. Well equipped kitchen. Great views of the mountains from multiple rooms. Very clean inside

We had our extended family of 10 at this house in May. It's truly perfect. All the bedrooms are great sizes and well-equipped. There are 3-4 washing machines & dryers throughout the house. The bar is great - complete with an ice maker! The downstairs apartment is amazing - two bedrooms and full baths with a beautiful full kitchen between them and two sitting rooms. Even a sauna. The outdoor deck was great for lounging and talking. And the five-minute walk to the Gallatin River is beautiful and was a perfect place to spend the evening. Finally - the kitchen is well-designed, well-stocked, and easy to use. the breakfast bar provided ample space for a large group of people to gather and eat snacks. It's truly a perfect house for these types of gatherings. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We'd definitely stay here again!
