The home was very well supplied and clean. The only exception: we did not find a tea kettle for boiling water. The pool and outside area was well maintained and quite comfortable, especially the fire pit. There are many restaurants and stores nearby.Altogether, our stay was very pleasant.

Wonderful home for a big family vacation! There were 12 of us altogether, small children including. Carmella went above and beyond for our stay; with keeping in contact every step of the way, the cute welcoming basket, everything. The pool area was perfect for us, everyone enjoyed it! Everyone was able to enjoy one another but yet also had their own space to enjoy quiet time. The house was so very clean, and decorated so well that it really gave us that “home” feeling. The location was absolutely perfect as well. A quick walk to places, but also such a short drive to everything imaginable, yet with being so close to everything the neighborhood was so quiet and family friendly, which again was perfect. All in all, I cannot say enough amazing things about this property and as well as Carmella. Amazing house and an AMAZING host! Thank you Carmella!

Very welcoming and beautiful home. Spotless and well stocked both inside and out with everything you need for a great stay. Host was very attentive and check in process was seamless. Any question we had was answered promptly. The welcome basket was such an added surprise. Thank you!!

This house has everything you could want. The owners have decorated and equipped it so that it is so easy to feel at home. The pool and backyard area was our “hangout”. We had so much fun there. We also loved the corn hole game. Inside the games gave us so many evenings of laughs and rivalries. So close to a beach spot with a lifeguard station right there too. Lots of restaurants, stores, putt-putts and all the things you love about vacation. We even received a welcome basket that was “over the top”.Thank you, thank you for everything!

This house was incredible. It had everything we could need for adults and the kids. Pool was terrific for all ages with the easy entrance. Perfect size for the group we had (4 adults, 4 children under 8 years old). House was beautifully decorated and any amenity you could think of was provided. Wonderful welcome basket was a pleasant surprise with items for the adults and the kids. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. Would absolutely stay here again!

Every item in this immaculate place has a purpose of function and/or design. It is so clean and inviting and the layout was perfect for socializing and had enough room for everyone to have privacy at night as well. The pool was great for relaxing and the kids preferred this to the ocean scene. We were so happy that we chose this beautiful place for our first family vacation! Our hosts were so quick with responses and providing information. You won’t go wrong by choosing this gorgeous home away from home!

We loved this house, so so clean and loved the outside patio, pool!!, and covered pavilion ❤️ you can basically enjoy the outdoors from breakfast to watching the sunset with evening drinks. Almost as important the location is close enough to the fun but away from the hubbub of the crowds. We will be back!! ?

Our stay at the Madison Bay Beach Getaway was first-class! The house is located on a quiet side street, and it was possible to walk to the beach and nearby shops / restaurants in less than 15 minutes. The booklet in the beautiful gift basket was useful with suggestions of local hotspots. Carmella also recommended a Mexican restaurant overlooking the bay, which we thoroughly enjoyed: Papa Grande’s, just at the end of the street! The WiFi is strong, so I could do remote work without any issues and it was helpful to have an accessible printer. The beds were comfortable with tv’s in every room (which made my husband happy!) and everything was super clean. The rain shower in the bathroom was relaxing and we loved the fun decor everywhere. The kitchen is modern and spacious, and great for cooking. We felt at home here and definitely plan to book again in the summer, when we can take full advantage of the pool / patio. It is a great space for a large family or group of friends! Thanks Carmella, for accommodating our last minute getaway. Everything was just right!

The house & outdoor property were beautiful! We had so much fun swimming in the pool & enjoying movie nights in the spacious, open living room. Our girls loved all the large bedrooms with unique closet spaces too. The welcome basket upon arrival was such a nice surprise. We loved all the beach/mermaid themed decorations. Checking in & out of the property was very easy. Would definitely recommend a stay at this property!
