Great location and amazing accommodations.

Wonderful home! Loved the kitchen and the pool!! All around beds were comfortable, felt like we were at home. Loved it! We will be back.

This is a very clean and comfortable house. The description is accurate. We enjoyed the local cuisine, the hot tub, the pool table, and the spacious home. Please note this is an area that has small scorpions, a couple of which died in the pool. It cannot be prevented, so please be careful. The local eating and shopping are really great and the house is just a few minutes from main street.

The property was very well maintained. There was plenty to do around the house.There was plenty of room for everyone.The amenities and game room were very well received.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. House was great. Hot tub was awesome. Pool was cold because its under a roof and doesn't get sun.

We loved the Madeira Haus. Perfect location, beds were comfy, bathrooms were very nice and a nicely stocked kitchen for cooking. The ONLY thing i would recommend is bring your own grill if you plan on cooking out, the one there has seen better days. The covered pool was AMAZING loved the concept, it does get super cold since its not in the sunlight, but the kids loved it! We had so much fun playing darts and pool too. Overall a great family vacation!

This property is even better in person than the picture show…very spacious…extremely well equipped…VERY clean!! We would stay here again for sure!

My husband and I spent a long weekend here with my family. There were 5 adults and three toddlers. The house really does have everything you may need plus lots of activities. The pool was very large going from 3ft to 8ft. The hot tub was a nice bonus. There was ping pong, a pool table, darts and a cards table. The house itself was big with lots of space to sit together for a movie or eat together at the dining table. Communication with the hosts was always SUPER fast and easy. Rules were simple. Neighborhood was quiet. We cannot wait to stay here again!

We had a great anniversary stay. Great location, beautiful property.

Just needed a place to unwind and not worry about anything. We will be going back for sure!

Loved the property. It had everything we needed & more! There was plenty of space, lots of amenities & personal touches. There was something for everyone. So many things I loved about it but out of room.

Took office staff and some family for the weekend. All girls. Most fun I’ve had in years. House was excellent and perfectly clean. The weather did not cooperate but despite it, we all enjoyed it. Total comfort.

This property has it all, amazing layout, entertainment, cozy and clean. We almost cancelled our plans of going out to tour the wineries because the property was just so accommodating. From entertaining, relaxing, tidy and just so cozy. We have put this on our list to re-stay next year for our annual wine weekend trip with friends and family! Simply beautiful.

Super clean house, layout is cozy, lots of space to enjoy cooking and eating together. The pool and hot tub are huge! We played pool, darts, almost didn’t leave to enjoy Fredericksburg! (We did ?) Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

The house was nice and clean No key for the front door and a leak in a hose that wasted water outside pool was ok but not real clean and the hot water took a lot to come out in the main bedroom Overall nice home

We had an amazing time and the property was exactly what we wanted. The only suggestion I would offer for rental properties is for the management company to track when the property is leased and to communicate this to the entity that cleans the pool and ensure that they arrive to clean the pool in plenty of time to be finished prior the renters arrival and never during their stay as that intrusion takes away from what we are there for and interrupts what we paid for. Otherwise had a wonderful time.
