Noisy neighbors were screaming around 11:30 one night and startled us awake. The ventilation the bedroom was a little lacking.

I would give this place a solid 4.5. It was very spacious and had so much country charm. The neighborhood was very quiet. It has a private driveway, but it is tricky to find so make plans to arrive in the daytime. It is a 4-5 minute drive to main street so while it is close enough, it is definitely not walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. My biggest concern with the property was the main entrance door. It honestly felt like anyone could kick it in at any time and enter.

So overall the place was good. Ill list pros and cons:Pro's- Location! It is so close to Main Street- less than 8 minutes. Size- inside the place is big and is equipped for fun. The pool table was great and the bed was comfortable. A lovely bottle of wine was left for us and Cons:The roof is the and under an oak tree so during the day and while you are sleeping, if there in the fall, be prepared for noises so loud I could hear them in the middle of the night with ear plugs and a noise machine as they bounce across the roof to the ground. The other issue, which was a real problem for us was the roaches. We caught 3 of them while there under containers that we found on site but had to go out and buy more bc when we let the landlord know about this problem, she simply said, with no sympathy whatsoever, that they had just treated the place a few days ago. So maybe this was a result of the treating but to give you an example, there were so many out on the driveway at night time that my kids were afraid to get out of the car. Additionally the front door was so flimsy that was easy for roaches to gap.This made me honestly not want to return. But if that does not bother you then you will likely love this place. Also the immediate neighborhood, while feeling safe, was pretty run down and it was difficult to find the place. In fact even the landlord passed it when coming meet us. Lastly- There was a dart board but only 1 dart works so that was a disappointment. Hope this helps!

This property exceeded my expectations in every way! House was clean and organized and had all the comforts of home. Having the bedroom upstairs with a tub located in the bedroom was awesome! The downstairs living area with pool table and ping pong table 2amd 1 was great and also the dart board was a plus.I would definitely recommend this house to everyone did not disappoint! I would say the only thing please pay attention to the directions on where the house is I passed it twice. The welcome bottle of wine a great touch the detailed binder on rules and what's around the area great!
