Really nice peaceful place

Sam is very welcoming and accommodating, the property is gorgeous and so well stocked, we had an amazing extended family weekend away.

This property is beyond stunning! My family had the most memorable time which is going to be cherished forever. We will be back next year! The lake, the bar area with the fire place, huge backyard and spa are the best amenities. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. Thank you

We had the best stay. The house was sensational, a quiet and peaceful setting for our families get together. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay and Sam was very accommodating to our requests. We highly recommend the property and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Excellent property. Lots of space for large groups. Comfortable rooms. Enclosed outdoor area and spa were a win! Large lawn and plat area for all sorts of activities. Some areas for improvement are the outdated technology in terms of TVs. We struggled to get many of them working properly and the wifi was really slow.In terms of cleanliness, parts of the house were pretty dusty on arrival, but otherwise kept in good condition. The information in the information book was outdated. There was mention of ducted vacuuming, however no tube was found. The Vacuum cleaner available was not maintained and had a stench coming out when turned on.The above are only minor things and they didn't impact our stay.We would love to return again in the future

Nice and big house to accommodate large group. Don't think the photos are justify the beautiful property. All the guests were blown away by the space, rumpus room, spa and the pond with wild life. Plenty of space for kids to play around.Furniture and kitchen utensils are bit out dated but does the job. Bathroom and toilet door's probably need new locking system.Overall it's nice place for a relaxing holiday.Looking forward for another time to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was fantastic apart from a few things:Original ad stated Linen/Towels provided, also states 30 per person, and also states 20 per person in the rental agreement and the welcome book on the hallway table. Happy to pay, just be clear to what it actually is. Just checked, the ad has been changed to reflect that it's 30.There is a WiFi network, but it has no internet access. TV won't connect as there is no access point inside the house, it's in the house next door.It states there is a coffee machine and the pics show it, but no grinder. I had to go and buy ground coffee.Like I said, everything else was fantastic, we had a great weekend and they were very accommodating.

We had a group of 20 mums. Everyone was extremely happy with the property. So much space and plenty to do. We have never had a place where most of us fitted into the spa!Everyone is keen to go back for next years weekend away.

Beautiful surrounds - felt immersed in nature and quiet location. Kids had plenty to keep them amused - toasting marshmallows on the open fire, swimming in spa, lots of ball sports and admiring the lake.

We loved our stay, this property and home were amazing, and was above our expectations.This property is perfect for families and large groups. A well designed house with heaps of space and loads of outdoor activities to keep us occupied. You could relax in one space and have the kids playing in another space without hearing them!One of the greatest features is that this home has enough of everything for group, heaps of basketballs, forks and plates, chairs and couches.Would love to revisit!

We had an incredible weekend at this amazing home, perfect for our large family ranging from 2 months to 70 years. The kids loved the outdoor activities, especially the trampoline and swing set, and we had countless hours of fun in the swim spa. The house was spacious yet felt welcoming, and we particularly enjoyed the enclosed outdoor area with the open fire. The fully fenced grassy area was fantastic for the children to play safely, although our fishing attempts in the dam didn't yield any catches! Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we would love to return someday. Thanks, Sam, for sharing your wonderful home with us!

This place is great - definitely would stay again. Gorgeous house with a beautiful pond and well-stocked supplies of cutlery/crockery/glasses for 15 of us. Plenty of bedding options as well and the manager was super helpful in arranging a same-day fix of the spa for us to use it too!
