INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Inside, the home welcomes you with a warm, inviting great room designed for both relaxation and gathering. Comfortable seating, curated décor, and a cozy fireplace create the perfect setting to unwind after a day of adventure. Enjoy streaming entertainment, a selection of movies, or disconnect completely with books and games for a more mindful, off-the-grid experience. A custom wood bar adds a unique touch, making the space ideal for entertaining or enjoying a quiet evening in.
The fully renovated kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether it's a quick breakfast before hitting the trails or a full dinner shared with friends and family.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary bedroom features a king bed, direct access to the deck, and a flat-screen TV, creating a private retreat to relax and recharge. Two additional guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed and a calm, comfortable setting designed for restful sleep after a full day of exploring Sedona's natural beauty.

Located in one of Sedona's most sought-after areas, Lynx Landing places you just minutes from world-class hiking trails, scenic viewpoints, and the Chapel of the Holy Cross, while still offering the privacy and tranquility of a tucked-away neighborhood. Enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, and local experiences, all while returning home to a peaceful desert retreat.

House Rules
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~Bringing a pet to a pet-friendly home has an additional charge of $150/pet that is non-refundable.
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

    Reviewing this property as a VRBO owner myself (in MT). The house is absolutely gorgeous inside and out it is in the most prime location, near everything, quiet outside, no near neighbors. Views out 3 sides of the house is just crazy! The ability to use the propane fireplace was a super nice touch especially because we visited for 4 days and of three of the four days we saw snow showers! The house is updated in most aspects. Now I must mention. The rental management company. Wow. Talk about 10 unnecessary extra steps. After booking, you are greeted with about five emails and they want a photo of you a photo of your ID, I want a photo of you with your ID with your credit card that you used It's just all absolutely ridiculous. These measures are not necessary and most are covered through VRBO. Casago, If they are mentioned in future stays I will stay at different location. It was that silly. Aggressive signage for fees also, not necessary. Overall we had a great time nothing wrong with the house nothing wrong with the property it was all great except for the management company which I could have totally done without.

    Nicely located south of town. Easy to get to trails for hiking. House was adequate. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Hot tub is nice, especially as it had just be expand cleaned.

    This is a perfect location - just outside of busy Sedona, but close enough to reach everything you want to see. The neighborhood is quiet and a good place for evening strolls. Inside and outside were comfortably suited for hanging out. Some nights we cooked and ate inside; other nights we grilled and ate on the deck. Plenty of dishes, silverware and other cooking supplies, so we did not need to go out to eat. The bonus was being able to relax in the hot tub after a day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again.

    The house was immaculate, the kitchen was well stocked with nice cookware, and the master bed was wonderful to sleep in. I was also very happy with the location, the little church I had hoped to find on this trip was visible from the house.

    This property was perfect for a biking trip with a couple friends. The location was perfect, pretty much in the middle from everywhere we needed to go. Extremely quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean in all aspects. I’m an OCD individual and the cleanliness of this house put me at ease right from the get go. I would definately stay here again

    Absolutely loved the location! Would not have changed one thing about the house. We walked to the chapel on the hill and the little horse walking trail. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Spent our mornings hiking and would come back to the house to sit on the back patio in the sun. Sunset hikes followed by an evening in the hot tub. Kids aged 13 and 16 had a blast. Would absolutely stay here again!

    My husband and I wanted the perfect spot for our honeymoon. We spent a lot of time researching neighborhoods for ease of trail access, and Lynx road was perfect! We could bike to nearly all of the trails we wanted to ride right outside our door and hardly used our rental car. We loved using the hot tub after hard days of riding. Everything about the house was crisp, clean, and perfect. We were very sad to leave! We hope to return in the future! Thanks for helping make our honeymoon so special.
