Everything was fully provided in the house with nothing lacking. Very conveniently located for everything. Very enjoyable stay and we are looking forward to booking this home again.

Stayed May 4, 2019We were working in the north vegas area and the location was perfect. Close enough to make for a short drive and even uber to the strip but far enough away to be relaxing and in a good neighborhood. Ritchie was great to work with and even accomadating when we needed to extend our stay. I would recommend Ritchie and the summerlin house.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We lived in this house for over a year. You won't be disappointed. It is very cozy and the neighborhood is nice. It is in a great location and has access to a lot around it. We had no problems with the house and if anything came up, Ritchie took care of it right away. Thanks for everything Ritchie, we greatly appreciate it! :)
