- **Lower Unit Parking:** Complimentary parking is available at the rear of the house, conveniently positioned in front of the garage door. This designated area can accommodate up to two vehicles, ensuring ample space for your convenience. For additional vehicles, street parking is available directly in front of the house.

**Entrance Directions:**
- **Access Instructions:** To access the lower unit, please use the entrance located on the right side of the garage door at the rear of the house. This entry point provides direct and convenient access to your accommodations.

No parties or events – no more than double the registered guests
No trespassing – enter only your booked unit
No smoking anywhere on the property
No unregistered guests between 10:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.
No open flames indoors – candles, lighters, matches, etc.
No glitter or confetti
No illegal substances
Do not rearrange furniture
Take care of furnishings
Noise curfew: must not be audible after 10:00 p.m.
Check-in: after 4:00 p.m. / Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
No pets allowed
Do not flush wipes, tampons, or non-toilet paper items

Trash & Maintenance
Trash day: Tuesday
Heavy trash pickup: 3rd Tuesday of the month
Seasonal pests (insects, rodents, lizards) may appear; this does not justify refunds
Report any issues immediately to the Manager

Bathroom
Flush toilet paper only
Do not use towels for makeup removal
Shower instructions: turn knob counterclockwise for hot water, clockwise to turn off

Kitchen & Dining
No food or drinks in bedrooms
Never leave cooking food unattended
Use cutting boards and heat pads for hot items

Parking
Park only in designated areas listed in check-in instructions

When Leaving
Turn off stove & oven
Lock all doors
Take out trash
Late checkout fee: $40 per hour

Violation Fee
Any breach of these rules will result in a $200 fine
