Luxury with Private Resort Beach & Golf Cart

We just stayed in this property for 7 days with 4 adults and 5 junior high to high school kids. The space was perfect for all of us. We found everything to be very comfortable and well-stocked. The beds and linens were perfect, we appreciated the decor and fully stocked kitchen. We used the grill 3 times and had everything we needed to serve full family meals. Everything was updated in this unit and the golf cart was very nice. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The house has a beautiful view of the lake. The bad part about the house was that had bugs, we killed 3 cockroaches and 2 black bugs. The attic door doesn’t close all the way so we think that’s why bugs coming to the house and the master room is extra hot, even with the fan on. The fan in the living room doesn’t work. I just hope you can fix that because the rest is wonderful!

The bathrooms were beautiful and there were plenty of towels. I would have appreciated some written instructions detailing the Sandestin resort (map, parking info at beach) & also the home itself (never could get the living room fan on). There was a discount card, but when we tried to use it at The Track they acted like they didn't know what we were talking about. The downstairs bedroom TV's didn't work for most of our stay & the dryer produced only damp clothes after an hour of use. The parking was more congested than I expected, not always having a spot for our golf cart and parking our car down the street. All in all, it was a great location to stay and a beautiful home for our family vacation.

This house is tucked into a quiet neighborhood, and is placed perfectly between the Village & the beach. It’s a short ride to either place on the golf cart. House is spacious and has a beautiful backyard view. House is well stocked with everything you could need. We loved our stay and will be back. We did have some golf cart trouble, and they were quick to get it fixed for us. Shout out Jake for being so helpful and kind. Very fast responses from the company.

Parking was an issue since most units were occupied. The golf cart (which was one of the main reasons we chose this rental ) was not drivable. Replaced 4 days later with 4 seater which was useless since there were 5 of us.

Reviewer Comments: Really couldn’t enjoy the trip, spent most of it begging other families for a ride. Our golf cart broke on day 1, I had to push it home (twice). Multiple phone calls and emails to property company. Internet was also broken, had to make multiple calls on that as well. The bedding was very dirty. For the amount of money spent, not even close to meeting expectations. I will say they tried to fix problems, but the execution wasn’t great. They also got me a credit for the inoperable golf cart but it wasn’t equitable to the pain of not having one, I’d gladly just pay for a golf cart. I’ll be staying somewhere else next time, very disappointed.
