Luxury Waterfront Retreat, Kayaks, Bikes Perfect for Small Family Gatherings!

This place is amazing .Great view .Nice neighborhood.Very quiet while we was there .Fishing pier was a nice plus .Host check in on us to make sure everything was ok when we got there .House was fully stocked I was impressed .Honestly just pack your clothes everything you need to have a great vacation is there .Thanks again for having us .We had a great time .Hope to be back soon .

I am getting ready to book for the same two weeks next year. The pictures do not do this properly justice. Loved the dock, the patio and screened in area were so peaceful and beautifully furnished. Landscaping was incredible. We have stayed in many VRBO houses and this is by far the best. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

This is a beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent on the pier. The dolphins swimming by added to the beauty.

We enjoyed our visit tremendously! The house was well maintained and clean. We spent most of our time outside on the fishing pier and screened in back porch. We had everything we needed for a great family vacation!

Great communication of rules and requirements. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and corningware cookware was a big plus.

It was a comfy place to atay.

The moment we stepped into this home, our breath was taken away. It is so spacious! We felt right at home. The home was furnished with lots of kitchen supplies, which helped with our family meals. There were kayaks, bikes, a paddle board, a ping pong table and board games. We spent most of our time out on the wonderful dock fishing and throwing the cast net. We didn't catch anything major but had fun catching some smaller shrimp, crabs and fish. My 3 year old grandson loved it! The host, Lisa, was extremely accommodating to adjusting our check in and out schedule, and answering any questions. We loved the screened in porch very much! It was the perfect setting for serving our low country boil. I highly recommend this home for an Oak Island stay. Thank you, Lisa!

Everything was clean. Everything you needed was there. Even the fish were biting. I hope that we can stay here again. Perfect vacation!!

The house itself was gorgeous, as was the furniture. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and the pier! Plenty of places to sleep and a kitchen with everything we needed for cooking. I would definitely rent here again!

Everything was immaculate! Such a cozy, homey, spacious home with a view of the ICW from all of the rooms! We used the fishing dock..caught one fish, but just the peacefulness of sitting and watching so many birds, an occasional boat and we even got treated to a dolphin sighting while enjoying coffee! Maybe just bring your own knives, like we did, and some measuring cups and measuring spoons if you decide to cook. Otherwise, you really just need to bring yourself, friends or family and prepare to relax!!!

This property was the perfect, cozy home to spend our family Thanksgiving. We had never been to North Carolina before and we fell in love with Oak Island. The home was perfect in terms of location, space for everyone, amenities, lots of extra items provided for recreation and there was even a beautiful Christmas tree inside to greet us once we arrived! You could sense the love and warmth in this family home. The beach was easy to get to and we loved watching the boats pass by in the early mornings and evenings from the porch. We even caught a few fish of our own from the pier. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with all through the process, even before making the booking, as we had a few questions about our son bringing his dog. She even checked on us upon our arrival to make sure we were finding everything okay. We would highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone looking for a memorable vacation - we are definitely hoping to return! Thank you - we will cherish the family memories we made during this vacation!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the property. Very well maintained and furnished. Stocked with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We loved the screened in back porch overlooking the inland waterway and beautiful back yard. The neighborhood was the perfect place for riding bikes along the waterway. Met several of the locals in the neighborhood while walking the dog. Everyone was so friendly. A five minute drive to public beach access. Close to all the wonderful restaurants on the island. (Our favorites - Salt64, Castucci's, Kai Joe's) Our host was great and sent messages to make sure we arrived ok and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed in mid-August for a long weekend of fishing at lounging at the beach. The home fit our extended family of 7 beautifully. The neighborhood was quiet and well-maintained. The home itself was so inviting, with a well-stocked kitchen (bring your own knives), comfortable congregating areas, and beautiful views. Lisa was so helpful and communicative! It was fun fishing off the dock and catching a few blue crabs! 10/10 recommend.

Everything was great property is as it’s says on description. Lisa worked with us on a scheduling matter, but everything was great. Would definitely recommend. Home was very clean and beautiful.

We really enjoyed our recent stay. This is a beautiful home and wonderfully manicured lawn with palms, ferns and more. It’s got a beautiful feeling of being secluded while being close to everything OKI has to offer. The host was wonderful to communicate with. Highly recommend this home.

Our visit was awesome! So many activities for everyone: Paddle boards, fishing, biking and ping pong or just some lazy hammock porch relaxing with a good book. Beautiful outdoor scenery! The large living area and open kitchen allowed our family to all be together, cook our favorite foods and share our lives from this past year. Truly memorable. Communication with owner was superb. Our family loved the location and layout of the house was exceptional. Not to forget about the private dock. My son and grandson had their bellies full of fishing. My wife commented this was one of the most beautiful properties we’ve stayed at during our family vacations ( that speaks for itself).

We had a wonderful stay. The house is the most well stocked of any I have ever been to. There was a ton of space and everything we needed. Also, the owner was very communicative and great to work with.
