Luxury Waterfront Home With Private Dock & Hot Tub

Great place, can't wait to be back.

Fun filled stay for Christmas with family! Kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out as well as fireplace and hot tub perfect for the cold weather. Close to Newport where we did a little shopping and had some cocktails ! Watched an Amazing sunrise from the house.

Everything in the house was clean and welcoming.

The place was fabulous! The pictures do not do justice for this listing.Exceptionally clean.Located in a beautiful development.Newport was a short drive and had great shops on Thames Street.Plenty of great restaurants in the area as well.I would say the only downside was the communication of the host. The only info let for the house was lock the door when leaving which was fine until we had questions. Sent several questions & concerns to host in the week we spent there only to try & google answers because the turnover for response was poor. When host responded, not all questions were addressed. My only advice: let renters know when garbage & recycle day is, list any appliances that are not working 100% before they rent the home, instructions how to maintenance the hot tub if using daily on their stay.Many Vrbo homes had a reduction in price if staying a full week or reduction in price if returning to the same home in the near futureUnfortunately these questions were not addressed along with a few others.Overall the place was great!

Exceeded our very high expectations! Primary bed & bathroom … Amazing! House was stocked with everything you might need and More! Perfect location for Bride & Bridesmaids to get ready. So much space and natural light. The yard and dock were the perfect backdrop for pre-wedding photos.

This house was perfect for our Mother’s Day getaway. There were seven of us and we had plenty of space in the house. The master bedroom that overlooked the water was amazing. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. The house is close to so many things, including Newport and two wineries. We hope to book this house again at the same time next year!

The house was absolutely gorgeous, had every amenity you need, and perfect proximity to town and nature. Would stay here again and would highly recommend! The views and waking up to the sound of the water can’t be beat! Pictures don’t even do it justice - so beautiful and relaxing!

The sunrise on the water begins the day and the home is so comfortable and spacious. The location was terrific! The master shower is spectacular. The rooms are perfectly cool with AC everywhere! Also had a chance to kayak and paddle board this morning. The homeowners were so responsive. Thanks again!

A very nice home. No trains, planes or automobiles .

The place was perfect for bride and bridesmaids to get ready. So many beautiful spots for pictures. Open first floor plan was great for hair and make up. We loved it.
